I bought this to power our residence in an emergency and while one hasn't occurred yet, the tri fuel is ready to go. Transfer switch is getting installed and I need to create a secure place to store the generator when in use. The remote start looks really handy during inclement weather. So far i'm very happy!

I recently had the transfer switch installed in my garage and was pleased that my electrician told me how happy I went with Westinghouse vs. DuroMax. Lighter weight and the changing the oil alone is worth its weight in gold! Changing ever 50 hours for Westinghouse vs. 20 hours for DuroMax is amazing. I will not go without power again.

This is a well-built tri-fuel generator that plugs directly into the transfer box for my circuit breaker. I especially appreciate the detailed documentation, parts lists, and support resources. This is what separates a solid company from those fly-by-night places. Yet the price is still comparable. Very happy with this so far.

I owned a WGen9500DF (which was great) but wanted my new WGen10500TFc generator for the added power, quick connects, larger gas tank, and ability to use natural gas from a home receptacle while maintaining the same 8,500W output power I had with the previous 9500DF running on propane. My new WGen10500TFc generator is a BEAST and I LOVE IT. The tri-fuel powerhouse gives me options during power outages. I will primarily run it on LP gas but as needed I can used gas and propane making it portable. The generator effortlessly powers everything in my large 3,000 sq. ft. home and I love the remote start so I don’t have to be near to the noise when starting it. It will run for up to 19 hours at 25% load, which provides peace of mind that I can rely on it for extended periods without refueling but by connecting it to LP gas, I can run it as long as needed! The WGen10500TFc is heavy but surprisingly portable, equipped with heavy-duty wheels and a lift bracket that make it easy to transport. The built-in fuel gauge, CO sensor, and automatic low oil shutdown features are also game changers. Operating noise is at the same 74 dB level as my older 9500DF so it really doesn’t bother us. Highly recommend this generator.

Unfortunately we are out of power as we speak due to all these storms but we bought this generator and made a transfer switch and now we are able to run the whole house. The generator is amazing, I love the key fob and push button start. The ability to use tri fuel setup is very helpful when it’s hard to get one fuel source. The large wheels made it a breeze to move around. The cost is cheap compared to other brands for similar size. For anyone wanting to run their central AC make sure you install a hard start on your condenser. It lowers the amps on start up.

I bought this for adequate starting amps to power my home AC and refrigerator. It replaced a smaller other-brand generator. The differences in this one versus the other one were: * All minor parts were much better quality * User manual was easy to understand and well written (obviously natively in English) * High power rating in a small footprint. No complaints. This is a well-made machine.

Reporting from Houston, TX here. Centerpoint Energy is garbage and homes need to be energy independent now. Tri-Fuel gives me piece of mind. Have the generator hooked up to 50A to power 5,000 sq ft. I can run my 5 ton AC with a soft start, pool equipment, washer/drywr, dishwasher, two tankless water heaters, ice machine, two wine fridges, two refrigerators, and everything else in the house without issue. Not enough juice on NG to also power my 4 ton AC with soft start, but that’s just fine.

Just received the generator and impressed so far with the ease of assembly, delivery process and overall operation. I’m not looking forward to any situations that will warrant its’s use, however, the natural gas option will be so much easier than relying on gasoline.

Just got this Thursday and put it through some paces today. Set up is pretty easy. Generator weighs a little more that I had expected. You will need help getting it out of the truck. Sin e there is no oil in it, I turn the box upside down and opened the box. Flipped it over and slid the box off the generator. All other setups are simple and easy to do. I have not nad probably will not use gasoline in this generator. I plan on using propane or natural gas only. I started it using propane and it runs smooth. I have not truly had the opportunity to pace it on a full load yet, but from what I have run on it, I am sure it will perform as advertised.

I have 2 Westinghouse Inverter Generators that have run flawlessly on Gasoline. I have waited for this Tri-Fuel Generator for running my home thru a 50A Breaker using Natural Gas and I'm very pleased with startup the first time after using the remote fob. I have the satisfaction of feeling prepared for emergency use using natural gas for an unlimited supply, and I always have gas and propane as a backup.
