Bought this due to the low THD. After the break in period, I have no more worries for the possible winter outages. Remote start is great and makes my wife happy. Lastly Westinghouse has a history of power related products that I use at work, so I know it will last a long time.

This generator is 2/3 the size of my old Coleman generator. It is much easier to maneuver. It powers my house with no problem It isn't quiet when running but it's quieter than the Coleman I like the dual-fuel feature Not that it matters but it looks good I've no doubt I will be happy with this purchase '

Just unboxed it and put the wheels and stands on it but haven't had a chance to start it up or run through the break-in process. Purchased this to get a little more power from my current generator plus have the option to use any fuel available during a storm of freeze.

After watching numerous videos on Westinghouse generator on You Tube and all were positive I decided to go with Westinghouse 13000 tri fuel. Couldn't beat the price compared to others that were about he same watt. Easy set up. Just got it a day ago and haven't used it yet. Fingers crossed. There is one brewering.

Looked at several other brands. What sold me was the output, size (frame for the 11500 trifuel same as smaller ones), the clean energy, remote and number of fuel choices. It was more than I wanted to spend but for the benefits I’m happy we got this one.

I live in area that was directly impacted by Hurricane Helene. It quickly became apparent that we needed a more robust generator. This is a nice looking machine and I think it will get the job done, as our power is likely to go out often due to damaged lines.

There are plenty of sources on this generator to supply any connection we may need or want to use. As of yet , we are very happy with our investment whether it be for hurricane or daily summer storm outages here in Florida.

When I saw the ad for this generator I new it would be exactly what I needed but when I received it I was blown away at the quality and design of this machine. It can run on gasoline, propane and natural gas and included all the connectors your gonna need for each. Electric start and pull start back up means you will never have a problem getting it going. It can more than handle your important home appliances and even the small ones with ease. This unit is built strong and durable and will be a great addition to my home. Also with a 3 year warranty that you most likely will not need u have peace of mind on this purchase which will add to the confidence you have that your ready for any situation.

Hurricane season coming soon here in Central Florida. Hope to use this with a 50amp switch I just had installed by an electrician. Was easy to assemble and started right on que. Looking forward to not being in the dark and having the refrigerator and water well up and running during the next for certain storm. Also, can't beat the price point vs a whole house gen set that can run upwards of 20K.

Just purchased, unboxed it, followed the simple instructions for attaching wheels and stabilizers, and battery cable. Added oil, attached fuel line to a propane tank, pushed the dandy little electric start remote fob, and… started right up. Looking forward to what I expect to be a dependable power source when needed at home, and when I’m in a more remote location and need to run some power tools.
