I purchased this generator at the end of March of this year. Fortunately I haven’t had to use it but I do like the fact that it was packaged well and I received it with no damage. The generator seems to be well built and I think it will serve my family for years to come

FIRST I LIKE TO SAY THE IMPRESSION LOOKS GREAT and like the selection of fuel # 1 thing I look for and the rated power. Its just to soon to leave a better or worse review I will keep an eye throughout the first 20/50/100/150 hrs and come back and review it right but so far i am happy.

I haven't had a power outage yet. But so far I am impressed with this unit. I have ran it a few times and it's starts right up, runs smooth and is relatively quiet. The remote starter works well. It has a simple well thought out display. So far I am happy with it.

I finally found a quiet generator. I can't believe how quiet this runs compared to my old gasoline Troy Bilt 6500w. This is the first generator I've had with automatic start. Love it! No more pulling the start cord and throwing out my back. I would highly recommend this product to an average home owner who wants a quiet running, easy to start back up generator.

I bought this as a replacement for a much lower wattage generator. This one should be enough to power the whole house, if I'm careful. I bought it for that as well as the tri fuel capabilities. In three uses, I've had no issues with it. It works as expected.

I bought this generator because of the tri-fuel option and the outstanding reviews it has received. We wanted one that could hook-up to our newly installed natural gas line. This one, also, included a 15 connector hose. This generator starts easily and is quieter than we expected. We haven't had an outage to try it on yet, but so far it looks and runs great.

Just received a couple days ago. Breaking it in as I write this. Starts and runs great. Pull start is tough. This things pretty big. Bought it because of tri-fuel (esp. NG), kW output and 50A outlet. Will be setting up for house hookup. Only issue was corroded neg batt terminal. Cleaned up - not a big deal. Time will tell how it holds up. Pleased so far.

I have moved from a house with a stand alone generator to a house without a generator. I loved how that, when the power went out for days here in Houston due to hurricanes, that I still had power and AC. Now that I’m in the house without one I purchased one big enough to power the AC unit and a few appliances for a fraction of the price! Delivery was fast and started right up the first time! The wife definitely feels more comfortable knowing that we will still have power when the weather gets crazy!

Our new generator just arrived - a bit late for the storms of 2024 (power was out 4 days with Milton, minimal compared to so many). After living in Florida for 12 years, we finally had the storm to remember. We decided not to remember another one because of the power outage. The fact that this generator uses gasoline, propane, or natural gas was the deciding factor. This machine is powerful enough to handle our large freezer and our two refrigerators, plus assorted other circuits in our home.
