bought it 8-29--24 going earu the break-in period now. running it off propane. it runs great so far. im doing a 1 hour break in oil change then 4 hour oil change. got it up to almost 50% load with a couple of hair dryers. using royal purple break-in oil for the break in period then switching over to amsoil signiture series 10w30 fully synthentic for regular use on emergencies with no power. Its a great generator during the break in period so far sounds good everything is awesome. time will tell how it holds up.

Purchased this generator when I moved to a country home. Provides the fuel flexibility and sufficient power to run my home and an attached in-law apartment during a power outage. Extremely pleased with this purchase and the comfort and assurance it provides my family.

Packaging was great - no missing parts. Wheels and feet are easy to install with the included wrenches. Propane connection with regulator included. Nat. Gas connection included. Also comes with an external battery tender/charger, which was a nice surprise. Purchased the tri-fuel model in case we get a repeat of Hurricane Helene and can't find one of the available fuel sources for days.

I just bought the WGen 10500TFc generator a week ago and had a certified electrician set it up for me. It was a simple process for my electrician and once he set everything, he then showed me how to proceed with the actual start-up instructions and everything went quit well.

I got this last year but finally got the electrical and natural gas work finished. I have a 2 gallon Gas meter. Initially I couldn't get the generator to start using natural gas. I called Westinghouse and they said my meter is putting out too much gas pressure. I got a regulator added to the line going to the generator and that fixed the issue. It now works flawless! I tried to hook up a refrigerator and it initially didn't work. It took me a few minutes to figure out I needed to flip the breaker switch first! This is a great product and a very good price.

I bought this generator just a few days ago and received shipment yesterday. During shipment, leg was scratched. Not happy about that. But product appears to be functional. Once it was hooked up to fuel source, it was able to power up the entire home during intial test. Once I run it for a longer period, I will be able to do a follow up review.

I bought this generator to serve as a whole-home generator for my house in Houston in case of extended power outages from hurricanes. I was able to run my 3.5 ton AC (with soft start), refrigerator, freezer and all the lights/plugs without the generator batting an eye. I didn't try running my electric oven, washer or dryer but I'm sure I could do that as well, just maybe not at the same time as the AC. Overall, very impressed with the product and instructions, had no problems firing it up on natural gas and started up perfectly. Great product, great peace of mind! Side note, this thing is a beast to move around though.

Today I received my WGen11500 generator - it took me less than an hour to pull it out of the box, assemble it, hook up the propane, and fire it up for a test run. I put a 50% load on it and it purred like a kitten. It didn’t hesitate. It didn’t warble, ran smooth as silk. I can’t wait to try it with gasoline next weekend.

After Hurricane Milton last year and 4 days without power, we knew we needed a generator. We purchased the Westinghouse Tri-Fuel to ensure no matter what, we are able to power our necessities! Hopefully we won't need it this season, but if we do, we now have peace of mind.

I bought this last week and glad I did, The Tri-fuel is a great feature to allow which fuel I have available to run the generator. It was so simple to install, and it ran on the first try, I was able to run a 5-ton AC with almost all my appliances in the home.
