I am still blown away, by the brightness, and clarity, of the pictures on the TV screen. The color depth, and stand out contrast my Samsung TV has, is a truly beautiful experience when watching a show or movie. It provides the clearest picture I've ever experienced.

Like WSOC, WBTV, etc. We were not expecting to automatically get 400 channels ..... that we will never use. My husband figured it out after a few days. Still, i think it is presumptuous to assume that everyone wants or needs 400 channels.

It's clear and makes you feel like you're actually in whatever you are watching. And let's talk about the sound. The sound quality is great and crisp. You also have various choices to choose from to make the sound more dynamic. Finally, I love the fact that I can have all of my streaming networks in one place and I can cast to the tv without having a Google Chromecast connected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vibrant picture and resolution, but dark scenes can be problematic, and this TV has NO optical audio outlet, so it doesn't really work with sound systems other than Samsung's. Streaming works well, but the OS isn't really intuitive, so it takes a bit of work to figure out how to do things. This TV is great for any service using a set top box, which solves the audio issues.

I'm a big guy, my thumb is always hitting 2 buttons at the same time! Aggravating! This is a bedroom TV, so I like to flip channels without lights or glasses. Can you help with a larger remote! As for the contrast it's night and day with a lot of tvs. Brightness could attract moths for 30 miles. Remote to control is pretty responsive but does have a slight delay when initial start up.

Maybe it has to do with my age and the familiarity of the old one. One wish is that the TV would automatically regulate the sound. The sound issue has only gotten worse. Not caused by Samsung I'm sure but program providers.
