The screen has a great, bright picture that can be used in different modes. Altogether im very happy with the product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have to deal with 2 TV controls. Every time I change the channel, it keeps jumping back to Channel 2. The volume does not sound right. If I adjust it, it will loose its volume or jump right up to the highest volume.

It should not take you up teen steps to try and have the tv turn on with cable except with one touch of the remote. I have finally got it down to two pushes of the on and off button to watch tv. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv has great automatic adjustments, no need to change anything if watching any sports or movies. Hockey is a fast sport and no trails. I could not use my old sound system, no optical or rca connections on this model, but the sound is great

The only thing I don't care for is the remote. It's very sensitive, if I bump it with something in my bedside drawer, it'll turn itself on.

The biggest downside is that after several hours of watching content with static elements (like a logo or a sports scoreboard), the screen can retain a temporary image. In my case, it happened with the score graphic during a soccer match, and it took some time to go away.

The floor model really captivated my attention with how crisp and bright the visuals appeared. I was not disappointed once setup st home was complete. No other tv has impressed me and my family as much as this one. You should go out and see for yourself.

I am having issues with the DVR on Direct Tv, so I watch the DVR shows directly from the TV. Can't fast forward through the commercials, and can't adjust the volume. Found out that I can use the remote for the Roku to adjust the volume.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my humble opinion I consider the Frame TV “ The best of the best“. I bought my first frame in 2019. I have had no problems with any of the three I own. I'm one of those people who hates cables coming down the wall from a TV. The frame makes it very easy to hide the unsightly cable mess. My friends still are amazed when they figure out that it's not a piece of art on the wall but in fact a TV. Can't speak highly enough about this Samsung product.
