Shipping was an issue as the box was open on the top. However, the picture quality was equal to or better than Sony. Outstanding TV in every way. If I had it to do over again, I would have bought this one and the 77".

Great television. The remote is a little hard to use.

The clarity and resolution of this TV is so wonderful makes watching tv fascinating again!

We have a need of a replacement remote and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to order one.
