My daughter loves it, prefect for a kids room or game room. It was easy to assemble, mine arrived damaged and customer services took care of it. Love it.

Horrible. Arrived missing items so couldn't put it together. Got a replacement and it arrived damaged and the box completely destroyed. Never again will I order anything online.

The kids loved it! Sparked a whole new interest in astromony too. So great that Sam's allowed me to ship it to those 6 grands in a different state! I would recommend this as a great gift for any youngster!

My son loves it! It says it will hold 350 lbs and it holds us both pretty well. My son loves it! My husband said it was a little difficult to put together

I bought this for my grandson as a Christmas gift and just started putting it together. The box is in terrible condition and I just opened the box only to find there are no screws in the box. Can you please send the screws

I bought this for "Santa" We went to put it together and no hardware for assembly! So we emailed the company and no response. Today we went back to Sams to buy another one to get the hardware and NO Hardware in this one either!

I did not know what to expect when I receive this product. Overall, I got to say this is a really neat piece of kids furniture. It is incredibly sturdy. My 12-year-old got in it and jumped around like crazy, and it was fine. It was fairly easy to set up. You should be sure to follow the instructions to turn the thing inside out when you put the rings inside of it, but once they are in there they don't move at all. I was afraid that potentially the hook would come off of the spring on the hanging stand, but it is very sturdy. The inside is comfortable, and my kid really enjoys it. It was a good price and very kid friendly. Great purchase.

I won't say my son doesn't love this because he does. It's a really fun little hideout for him. My problem is with assembly. We had to get our own bolts because a majority of the ones they sent weren't threaded. It's not the end of the world but it's really frustrating. We live in a super small town in the middle of no where so it wasn't like just running to 5 minutes into town and grabbing some.

We've only had it up for two days, but it seems pretty sturdy. It's a good size. My 12, 9, and 5 year old all fit in it together. Compared to other hanging tents, this is a good deal because it includes the stand too. The girls like the battery operated ligjts.

The actual pod is amazing. Unfortunately it was damaged in shipping. I reported it, but have not heard back from Sam's club. The battery box for the lights is broken, so we need a new one. As for the dent and scratches on the tubing, my son put it together anyway and damage is slight (except for the light box) so my granddaughters are able to use it anyway and they love it. They would love it so much better with the lights.
