We received this as a gift and the product appeared opened and missing parts. Very disappointed. We do not have a Sam's located near us so returning will be difficult. Will be contacting the company.

Recently purchased it as a Christmas gift for my 4yr old and he loved it! Can't get him out. Material seems durable, It's nice, cozy, and is a good size for his play room.

It looks pretty cool, and I'm sure my son would love it but sadly it's missing the strap that holds it to the tree and the battery box to the lights was crushed. :( So disappointed.

My kids (5&9) absolutely LOVED this swing. I will be honest, there were a few times when it somehow worked its way off the hook (usually if the kids were spinning in it) and it would fall to the floor, resulting it a tumble with a kid or two. We ignored that and continued to put it back on the hook, tighten it and let the kids use it. Mind you, my 2 kids together don't come even CLOSE to the 350lbs threshold, but the canvas strap gave way when both of them were in there together and they both collapsed to the floor. Be very cautious of this until they make some sort of safety update.

This large, poorly packaged item should not even be offered for online shipping. It arrived on my doorstep HEAVILY damaged with some of the contents even spilled out. I opened it to see if it was even remotely salvageable.. Nope. Now I have to schlep this 4 foot square, hot mess of a box back to a club for a refund.

Light wiring was fragile/cheaply constructed and fell apart days after assembling. Padded layer was BARELY padded at all, perhaps a small teddy bear worth of filling, all lumped to one side. The poles are sturdy, and it is other well constructed. There's a few design flaws but would have happily given a 5 if not for the wiring and padding issues.

Hmmmmm received as gift for grandkids but NO INTERIOR LIGHTS! Where are they if at all?

We got this for our son and he loves it. It was so easy to put together . I also love that it's not heavy and easy to move around .
