Serta Perfect Sleeper Baymist Cushion Firm Pillowtop Queen Mattress Set

I just got this delivered this week.  I didn't even have them set it up.  Its so cheap that one guy was able to carry it off the truck to the inside of my house by himself.  It feels very soft and not firm at all.  I can't believe this is considered a luxury mattress.  I'm bugged that I now have to deal with returning this

Feels like a cheap mattress

I bought this mattress just delivered set up, bought new comforters pillows, base whole 9 yards. Turns out its not as firm as store ones, sinks in right side is firmer than the left. Feels like a rock on left side and a marsh mellow on right. In fact the whole right corner completely collapses.

We purchased this in June, and were surprised that it did not seem "firm" at all...but we tried it and after four days of use I left a review saying it was comfortable.  However...it is not holding up at all.  It sinks where we lay and does not return to its original shape, and is definitely not firm!! This picture shows how it sags...We will be replacing it asap (**unfortunately my picture won't attach...I wish you could see it!)

Perfect Mattress…

After just one year, mattress sags in middle.  Mattress is not FIRM at all.  Extremely soft.  No edge support to speak of either

Terrible Mattress

This bed is advertised as ‘Firm'.  After 3 weeks, the bed is anything but firm. The edges are soft, the bed sucks you in, and although the bed is evenly supporting, the bed is NOT firm and the bed has no edge support. After laying in one position for a awhile, I feel my self pulling out of a hole. If I could return it, I would.  If you are accustomed to a firm or extra firm bed, this is not what you want.

So far so good - we have only used it four nights so far!  The mattress is much "softer: than we expected a firm mattress to be, so we were doubtful at first.  However, I must say we have been sleeping well and wake up without any aches or pains. The pillowtop conforms to your body and seems to fluff back up - we are anxious to see how it holds up long term.  It is not what we were expecting (we thought it would be "firmer"), but perhaps it is actually what we need!
