LOVE our new bed!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product looks great and upon first touch is firm yet comfortable. It sits high so I was nervous no sheet's would fit but they fit perfectly. I have arthritis in my neck and back, this mattress replaced my year old one and im in way less pain than before. It is the right amount of firmness and comfort and has helped me get more sleep than normal. I definitely would recommend this mattress.

After a month and half of waiting on this mattress to arrive. I am very disappointed with the quality. It's been about two weeks now and my daughter has complained about 3 times how soft this bed is and now complaining how her back is beginning to hurt. So if you looking for a mattress that is firm this is not it. I'm going to find out how to return it.
