Delivered Dec. 5, and by Jan. 1 already has a sinkhole in the mattress! (and we were on vacation for a week). Side-sleeper due to a shoulder injury, and indentation from the good shoulder. Incredibly disappointing.

We are still trying to figure out if this mattress is what we want. It appears to be much softer than we expected. We are hoping to not have to return it, we are giving it a little more time,

This is our Worst purchase from Sams Club, we have a 20 year old mattress which is better than this JUNK item, Sams Club should stop selling this item.

Very poor quality mattress .After waiting almost two months to receive it; the mattress was defective.I will be wait at least 6 weeks to get the replacement.

Delivery was great, fast and efficient. This is in a spare bedroom and sorry to say no one has slept on it yet. It looks beautiful and I am sure it will be ok.

I bought this last month and I knew after the first night I would hate it. It's a firm pillow top. But it also soft. Trying to get to the other side of the bed was a nightmare. Returned it

It is still very new and different as my choice has always been very FIRM. It is firm, but the comfort layer on top makes my joints really happy. So I learned something new and I'm happy.
