I purchased this set on sale to use in the guest room of my son's house when I visit. So far it is a great mattress and I sleep well.

What a great mattress. Very firm, but with pillow top comfort. Wont be able to keep the visiting relatives and guests away for long, that's for sure! We have used Serta before and have not been disappointed with the product and results.

I bought mattress set a month ago. Tried to swap out BOX SPRING for a lower size and Serta says I have to reorder the whole mattress set if I want lower size box spring. VERY FLUSTRATED.

This is our Worst purchase from Sams Club, we have a 20 year old mattress which is better than this JUNK item, Sams Club should stop selling this item.

Delivered Dec. 5, and by Jan. 1 already has a sinkhole in the mattress! (and we were on vacation for a week). Side-sleeper due to a shoulder injury, and indentation from the good shoulder. Incredibly disappointing.
