I am totally happy with my new Serta Sleeper Baymist. My back feel so much better, the pillow top is just great.

Very firm, sith a very soft pillow top. Seemed too soft the first week, but it now seems perfect. Very pleased.

This mattress is great on my back I'm in love. It was a 2 month wait so that's why they get 4 stars.

Delivered Dec. 5, and by Jan. 1 already has a sinkhole in the mattress! (and we were on vacation for a week). Side-sleeper due to a shoulder injury, and indentation from the good shoulder. Incredibly disappointing.

We are still trying to figure out if this mattress is what we want. It appears to be much softer than we expected. We are hoping to not have to return it, we are giving it a little more time,

This is our Worst purchase from Sams Club, we have a 20 year old mattress which is better than this JUNK item, Sams Club should stop selling this item.

I bought mattress set a month ago. Tried to swap out BOX SPRING for a lower size and Serta says I have to reorder the whole mattress set if I want lower size box spring. VERY FLUSTRATED.

Horrible mattress! We haven't had it for about 3 months and it was breaking down. Sure we are not light weight individuals.... but REALLY. Spend your hard earned $$$ elsewhere.
