The pillow top is just the right amount of firmness. I've never slept as good as I do on this mattress! Great value for the comfort this mattress provides. I'd definitely recommend it!

My daughter bought the queen set for me a month and a half ago. It is sinking where I sleep. I bought different set from Sam's a year or so ago an d had to bring it back because i could feel the springs they were sticking up. I wasted delivery fee will not buy another mattress from Sam's it will be hard to exchange it since my daughter is gone back overseas

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm reviewing the Baymist Cushion Firm Pillow Top mattress in queen sized. It is the most comfortable mattress I've slept on in a LONG time. My old mattress would leave with achy back pains in the morning and now I don't have that problem. I wake up so well rested and refreshed. The cooling gel is also a plus because I tend to get hot at night and wake up because of it but I haven't had that problem since sleeping on this mattress. The mattress is firm but the pillow top makes it comfy like a cloud. Serta is such a trusted brand that I didn't have any doubts how amazing the mattress would be. I already recommended it to family and friends!

It's super saggy, had this mattress over a year now and we had ruts where we slept after the first night. I am waking up in the middle of the night with back pain and body aches. When I get out of bed in the morning I feel like I am 90 years old with a broken back. I have never had back issues from sleeping before. I cannot recommend this mattress. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm reviewing the Queen size Baymist Cushion Firm Pillow Top mattress and box spring with the cooling comfort of gel memory foam! This mattress is incredible, It's so thick and comfy! The pillow top provides pressure relief and the bed is so cooling and comfortable. The mattress is so well made and you can tell it will have hold up well through the years. I've been sleeping on it for several weeks now and I feel like this is the best sleep I've had in a very long time. I pop out the bed in the morning feeling so refreshed with no aches and pains. 2 joyful thumbs up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bed is everything as advertised. The comfort is amazing. I generally don't like firm mattresses but this was perfect. It conforms to the shape of my body. I have finally been able o sleep through the night. It helps with my bad hip and neck. The pillow top makes the world of difference. You don't feel anyone else moving around in the bed so it kind of absorbs the shock and movement which is a huge bonus! I would recommend this bed to anyone. Best sleep of my life!

I had a Serta mattress I loved that held up for around 10 years before it needed replacing. I initially purchased a Beautyrest mattress from Sam's, but ultimately decided that wasn't for me. I took a chance on this Baymist model even though I was not feeling very excited about the gel-infused memory foam. In my experience, memory foam sleeps hot and I just don't like it, but you can't really find a mattress without it these days--especially a pillowtop. After much browsing and dithering, I finally got fed-up with the search and just picked a Serta that was reasonably priced and was a firm pillowtop, figuring if nothing else it'd get me by for a couple of years or until I can go into a town with actual mattress displays to try out. (My Sam's has three base mattress models, period.) BUT I was wrong. This mattress is supportive yet cushioned, with just the right amount of give. I sink down into the mattress just a little bit--maybe 1/2 to 1 inch, which is juuuuust right for me. I don't like to sleep "in" a mattress, I like to sleep ON it, if that makes sense. And the Baymist is perfect. Even better than my old mattress, which I really loved and thought was so comfortable for all those years. I think this model has a slightly softer pillowtop, but I'm actually digging it. I haven't slept this good in a while. I've only had this less than a week so I can't speak to longevity, but if there are any durability problems, I'll update my review in the comments section.

It has a tiny pillow top but this is really firm. I figure mattresses will eventually sag. Sooo, the more firm they are the better they should hold up. Buy a memory foam or gel topper - the ones that are 6" & put it on top of this & call it quits. Should be a great setup.

I am a side sleeper and have just the right comfort I need with the mattress for a great nights sleep, it is very durable, lots of softness in all the right spots. My husband is a back sleeper and said it gives him plenty of support and he hasn't woken up hurting like with our old mattress.

We had a $3000.00 king i-series mattress set for less than 7 years that needed to be replaced. Instead of spending so much on another mattress we decided to go with the Baymist after reading the positive reviews and seeing the item in the warehouse. We LOVE this mattress!! It gives excellent support without being too hard. Very comfortable and we are sleeping better than ever. The white glove service was great also. It went very smoothly from the start. Highly recommend!!
