Good deal

My husband absolutely loves these , I like them . The price we couldn't beat . The box spring was small but it actually worked perfectly so guess we've just had a big one for no reason all these years . All and all a good deal

Not a firm mattress

My mattress arrived on a Tuesday and by Wednesday I was calling asking for a pick up it states that it's firm but it's very soft and it sinks when you lay on it . If you're looking for a plush mattress then it's for you . they really need to change the description , I was very disappointed I would not recommend this bed for anyone who has back issues

Please do not buy

I have had this mattress for over a year now and it is horrible. When I initially purchased this mattress there were not as many negative reviews and warnings on the lack of stability of the mattress. It was only after a couple of months before I began to notice a “sinkhole”. I also tried rotating the mattress and moving to the other side of the bed. Nothing worked. This mattress does not meet the standards for a Serta.

SAMS CLUB HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am trying to return this mattress because it is a piece of garbage. This mattress will begin to slump within a few months of purchase. And don't even try to call 888-746-7726 because they will put you on hold until you give up! I was on hold for 1.5 hours and then discounted when someone did answer... Now I am on hold again....

The name says it all, It's perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The name of this mattress says it all, This is the perfect mattress You will never understand the improvement a good mattress will do in your life until you throw your old, back pain causing mattress away. For several years I had a difficult time finding a mattress that would fit my needs until now. The Baymist Cushion Pillow Top gives your room a more luxurious touch without losing comfort. It's not too soft or too hard; just the perfect in between “Comfort and Firmness” your body needs for a great sleep. My needs have been satisfy since the Baymist offers the perfect balance. This matress has a high durability quality for the perfect price. This will last you a good few decades if you give it a good care. I've been using this for about a week and I feel better rested in the mornings. Best Mattress I've had so far. Firmness and back support are the best combination for a good night sleep. No matter which side you prefer to sleep on; this mattress will accommodate you. If you desire better rested nights, I advise you to try it yourself.

Nothing but Serta from now on...

I had a Serta mattress I loved that held up for around 10 years before it needed replacing. I initially purchased a Beautyrest mattress from Sam's, but ultimately decided that wasn't for me. (See my review on the Beautyrest Silver Open Seas Luxury Firm Eurotop King Mattress Set for more on that mattress.) I took a chance on this Baymist model even though I was not feeling very excited about the gel-infused memory foam. In my experience, memory foam sleeps hot and I just don't like it, but you can't really find a mattress without it these days--especially a pillowtop. After much browsing and dithering, I finally got fed-up with the search and just picked a Serta that was reasonably priced and was a firm pillowtop, figuring if nothing else it'd get me by for a couple of years or until I can go into a town with actual mattress displays to try out. (My Sam's has three base mattress models, period.) BUT I was wrong. This mattress is supportive yet cushioned, with just the right amount of give. I sink down into the mattress just a little bit--maybe 1/2 to 1 inch, which is juuuuust right for me. I don't like to sleep "in" a mattress, I like to sleep ON it, if that makes sense. And the Baymist is perfect. Even better than my old mattress, which I really loved and thought was so comfortable for all those years. I think this model has a slightly softer pillowtop, but I'm actually digging it. I haven't slept this good in a while. I've only had this less than a week so I can't speak to longevity, but if there are any durability problems, I'll update my review in the comments section.

Comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really great mattress! It's incredibly comfortable and supportive. It's not too soft or too hard. The pillow top is just the right amount of firmness. I've never slept as good as I do on this mattress! Great value for the comfort this mattress provides. I'd definitely recommend it!

Two giant pits on the bed after the first year.

Two pits, three inches deep after the first year of ownership. I've tried to deal with it because returning and replacing is a hassle, but now at the end of the second year the pits are worse, and my back is killing me. I have tried to get info on how to return using the chat feature, and so far have gotten nowhere. After a twenty minute chat session they told me to call Serta. Serta told me to contact Sam's Club. I'll be dragging it into the store. It will stay there whether they refund me or not.

Love the mattress

Mattress is great, when you buy online they don't tell you it will be at least 3-4 weeks before delivery. White glove delivery means they got it in the door with my help then had to go get paper work. Wouldn't take old mattress because they said it had bedbugs. I slept on old mattress for a month not one bite anywhere!! Just didn't want to take it. Go to the store and get yourself!!!

Not a good mattress or value

It's super saggy, had this mattress over a year now and we had ruts where we slept after the first night. I am waking up in the middle of the night with back pain and body aches. When I get out of bed in the morning I feel like I am 90 years old with a broken back. I have never had back issues from sleeping before. I cannot recommend this mattress. It's one of the worst I've ever used. Dang...
