Love this mattress set. Just had overnight guests and they raved about it. Great price, great comfort, and the delivery guys were on time, efficient and extremely polite.

I bought this mattress 1.5 years ago. After about 9 months the mattress began to sink (indentations) and created back pain. My husband weighs 175lbs and I weigh 140lbs. Most of the ratings come from people who are recent purchasers. Expect to be looking for a new mattress not long after making this purchase.

I purchased this mattress including the box spring last year on this AMAZING sale Sam's was having. My husband and I got on it quick! It's been a year and unfortunately, on the side my husband sleeps on, within 3 months after purchasing, it started to sink/sag in. The pillow top completely shifted onto his side and he's a tall bulky guy. We literally have to move this pillow top to even it out through the bed. It's below average bed but what really ruined it was the sagging/sinking in.

My mattress arrived on a Tuesday and by Wednesday I was calling asking for a pick up it states that it's firm but it's very soft and it sinks when you lay on it . If you're looking for a plush mattress then it's for you . they really need to change the description , I was very disappointed I would not recommend this bed for anyone who has back issues

Mattress is great, when you buy online they don't tell you it will be at least 3-4 weeks before delivery. White glove delivery means they got it in the door with my help then had to go get paper work. Wouldn't take old mattress because they said it had bedbugs. I slept on old mattress for a month not one bite anywhere!! Just didn't want to take it. Go to the store and get yourself!!!

I am trying to return this mattress because it is a piece of garbage. This mattress will begin to slump within a few months of purchase. And don't even try to call 888-746-7726 because they will put you on hold until you give up! I was on hold for 1.5 hours and then discounted when someone did answer... Now I am on hold again....

I ordered this in August. After months of delay finally got it on Novermber. Not even 2 months in, it is already sinking. My husband would rather sleep on the floor(and he did) than in this monstrosity of a mattress. Would not recommend this to anyone.

We purchased this after testing one in the store. It's just ok. Already seems to be developing a dip where we sleep and we've only had it a month. So it's not going to last like our previous mattress did. Also you're not suppose to feel your partner on their side when they move... you do.

I have had this mattress for over a year now and it is horrible. When I initially purchased this mattress there were not as many negative reviews and warnings on the lack of stability of the mattress. It was only after a couple of months before I began to notice a “sinkhole”. I also tried rotating the mattress and moving to the other side of the bed. Nothing worked. This mattress does not meet the standards for a Serta.

My thoughts before the mattress arrived were that I would probably need sometime to adjust to the new mattress but that was not the case. The first night sleeping on this mattress was perfect! It feels super luxurious. It's firm but not hard at all. The Baymist doesn't need any type of mattress topper on it. It's simply wonderful just how it is. The most amazing benefit is that I haven't had any hip pain since getting this mattress. My husbands arms would fall asleep with our previous mattress but that has not happened at all. That's huge for us. We both agree that this is the best mattress we have ever owned in our thirty four years of marriage!
