Great bed,husband has major back issues and so far really likes the bed.The White glove delivery service was wonderful,had our old bed out and new one in less than 10 minutes.

Replaced my back ache memory foam mattress with this Serta firm coiled spring mattress. Huge difference. No more aching back. It took a month for the delivery but the service was top notch and quickly done.

Bed is firm, which is what i wanted. Delivery couldn't have been easier or more efficient. Can't beat warranty that sams offers - warranty thru serta is 10 yrs and sams honors that at their club without having to deal with serta.

Bought matress couple of weeks ago. Do not feel even across the mattress. I have new rails too so do not know what is wrong. Right side of matress feels like its whopped ..

The shipping took 2 months instead of the expected 1 and the cushion top bunches up in the middle...it's won't lay smoothly, but it's still very comfortable and I'm sleeping better.

The bed is very comfortable! Glad we bought it! However.. it was supposed to be delivered by white glove service. They refused to take the old bed. We have been waiting an extra month for them to pick up the old mattress.
