This mattress is soooo comfortable right out of the packaging. We've been sleeping on it for a month now and are so happy with our purchase. It's great!

This bed is great. I have never slept so good. I sleep sound all night long, dont wake up untill my alarm sounds off. Very very happy thankyou so much.

We researched and looked at all kind of mattress sets. This bar far was the best, starting with the people at Serta right doe to the delivery guys! We are very happy with our mattress!!!!!

I've had the bed for roughly 3 weeks now and sleep has been great. I was nervous about buying a hybrid but it's been wonderful. My only issue is it seems to hold the heat so I'm often too warm.

Purchased as gift , the delivery was perfect. They reached out to make arrangements for delivery schedule. My son in law and daughter are most pleased with their present . He said , "First time in 7 yrs. did not wake up sore".

The bed I tried in store was much more comfortable. But you get what you pay for. Would not recommend if you want a true pillow top mattress. This isn't it.

The bed is very comfortable! Glad we bought it! However.. it was supposed to be delivered by white glove service. They refused to take the old bed. We have been waiting an extra month for them to pick up the old mattress.

i replaced our sleep number bed with a Serta. my husband and I love our new Serta. This mattress is one I purchased for my father and I have another one ordered for his guest room - I stay in his guest room when I visit.
