Purchased this for my son, the product is awesome. Only complaint is with the delivery service. The truck broke down the day before and had to reschedule so it took almost a month after we purchased it to get it.

I have been sleeping on my new Serta for 3 weeks and it's been sweet dreams so far! I am pleased with my purchase and my nights have been nothing but comfy!

I bought this bed a few weeks ago and I'm just floored by how comfortable it is. When they delivered it and took out the old mattress & Box Spring with no muss no fuss, that was also very very cool.

Bought from reading reviews. It is a pillow top with a some firmness. Delivery was quick and easy. Ordered the mattress with the 5.5 inch box spring. So far so good.

Not happy at all. There was a divot in the mattress after the first night, and it's gotten worse from there. I've not even had two weeks. Never again!

Replaced my back ache memory foam mattress with this Serta firm coiled spring mattress. Huge difference. No more aching back. It took a month for the delivery but the service was top notch and quickly done.

Ordered in Nov, was notified in mid December that it was scheduled to be delivered in Mid January. Had to go to the terminal and pick up the mattress myself, 100 miles away.

I received my mattress a couple weeks ago and am very pleased with it. So comfy! The process to order and receive was so smooth. Would definitely do again.

I purchased this mattress on line and received great service with set up in my home white glove service was amazing. My grandson loved his new bed and will enjoy sleeping on it for many years. Thank you Sams club for your great service.
