[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love love love this dryer, so many drying options, works quickly & quietly and I love the little tune it plays when my clothes are dry! All our LG appliances play a little tune when done, very nice.

We bought this washer knowing it was fabulous to use in cleaning our clothes, as before we moved from Arizona to Montana we had purchased the same set for our home there and loved how well it cleaned our clothes, and is so easy to use too! We also bought the matching dryer in each place. We didn't want to move our first set as we were concerned about it getting scratched or dented while in the moving van!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice dryer with lots of features. My only issue is the wifi setup. The dryer does not support 5Ghz networks - only 2.4ghz. If you have a multiband router, you can make it work but it’s tricky and requires another device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had our new dryer for about a month and we love it. It’s easy to use and the variety of cycles gives us plenty of options. We love the large capacity - we used to have to take large blankets and comforters to the laundromat because our previous dryer couldn’t handle them but the new LG dryer can easily handle larger loads. It’s also very quiet. And it looks sharp too.

It is very quiet and we haven't experience any vibration even when fully loaded. Large capacity is a big improvement over our old (15 yr. old) dryer

I did find getting through the WiFi set up a bit grueling, now that I a on I love the convenience of phone notifications when the cycle is finished. There are a lot of features in the machine that does slow you down a bit in the beginning to learn them and I am almost there.

What I like is the silent function compared to the previous generation of washer and dryer I used. To me, the smart functionality is halfbaked i.e. you get notifications but there is no useful feature yet that I would pay.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After many years of reliable and quality service, our old LG washing machine finally stopped working. Our old matching LG dryer still worked fine, but we wanted to have a matching washer dryer set, so based on our prior excellent experience with our old LG products, which was updated by research on new laundry equipment, we decided to get the matching LG dryer. After several weeks of use, we are quite pleased with the features and performance of our dryer. We are still tinkering with several of the new features and settings, but overall we feel that our purchase was money well spent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought both the washer and dryer about a month ago and we are very impressed with the performance and how quiet they are in comparison to the Borsch units we replaced. No longer does our laundry room sound like an aircraft taking off.

What should a dryer do? Dry clothes. This one does a very good job. What should an excellent dryer do? Allow easy control. Not so much. The built-in default settings are good, but I can't easily adjust them. (e.g. it insists on MORE DRY, and won't allow me to override to LESS DRY). The light inside the dryer doesn't work like a regular dryer. I expect the light to be on when the door is open and off when closed, with perhaps an override to temporarily turn on the light when the door is closed. Nope. Open the door? Nothing. You have to POWER ON the dryer. Does the light go off when you close the door and POWER OFF? Nope. The light stays on (for a while). I think the designers got too over-zealous with what they could do with the electronic control of everything.
