[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many new dryers have been disappointing in performance with all the "Eco-Friendly" features. They work, but don't seem to actually do a decent job. This LG dryer not only looks amazing, but its performance exceeded my expectations. It's pretty cool how the LG app synchronizes with the dryer too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently replaced our gas dryer with the LG electric dryer and we are happy we did so.The LG dryer works faster, dries better and our clothes do not come out stiff. The steam feature is excellent and we have used it often for quick fresh ups. I am glad we made the switch to electric as I feel we spend less time drying clothes.The connectivity features are excellent and helpful so that we do not need to check when the clothes are dry; the machine tells us via our smartphone. The unit is neat and compact and fit perfectly in our laundry alcove along with the LG washer. Highly recommended.

Takes some time to get used to the settings and what works best for the various loads (jeans, towels, delicates etc.). We'll figure it out (we've only had the dryer for a short time). After installation, follow instructions carefully when doing the heat test. The installation duct test is nearly impossible to get to work (don't fret if you can't get it to work on the first 5-10 times you try - find an LG video on how to do it and read the comments to get it to work). Overall, pleased with this gas dryer. You won't be disappointed with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this for over a month now I love it very much. Drys like a dream. love the big drum. Just wish it was a stainless-steel drum. I noticed it has scratches on the inside of drum already from drying jeans. Probably from the zippers.

I bought the washer and matching dryer about a year ago, and I love them both. The problem is that one of them is destroying my towels, but I don't know witch. See attached photos. This occurs on both high quality and low quality towels. I have resorted to putting my towels in mesh bags before washing and drying, which seems to solve the problem. I could do some experimentation to determine which machine is the culprit, but I don't want to destroy more towels in the process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dryer last month and are very happy with its performance. It is very quite and efficient operation. The controls are easy to read and it is easy to select the cycle you want. It is also easy to make adjustments within the cycle selected.

The only thing that I don't love about the dryer is that it does not go through an entire cycle without asking to remove the lint. It always gives the same error of D80. We cleaned out the pipe before we had it installed and even had the installers come back to check the connection. Sometimes there is the tiniest bit of lint. When i saw that other people had this issue, I realized that the machine was sensitive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dryer 2 weeks ago along with the matching washer and I love it! The features are very easy to use. The speed dry is fast and I love the wrinkle care option. Keep clothes from getting wrinkled if you can’t immediately remove things from the dryer when they are finished. I definitely recommend this dryer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just purchased our Dryer and so far so good. It is so quiet that we often forget it is running, we love that! What I would change is the lighting in the display because it is very difficult to read the print, the lighting appears next to your selection but if you can't see what you're selecting it actually defeats the purpose of any lighting.

The dryer will not dry a load no matter what options are selected. LG requires that I pay an additional professional to come out, inspect the vent and certify in writing that the vent is clear and installed correctly (which it is, it was just professionally installed). The dryer I replaced dried fine with the same vent configuration. Then, after I pay and submit the certification, they may think about repairing or replacing the defective BRAND NEW dryer. The dryer also lacks any customizable cycle features; my old dryer allowed me to create my own cycle, such as medium heat, extra dry and sturdy fabrics. They offer some downloadable options but they are limited and must be downloaded every time. AND, the remote start option is a joke. To run the remote start option, you have to set the dryer to remote start AT THE DRYER every time? Who designs these machines?
