Hello there. Thank you for sharing your experience with us regarding your oven racks and the issues you've encountered with items on the racks tipping over. We understand your inquiry about the racks not being flushed or level. The leveling of the oven racks is essential for safety and consistent cooking performance. If the racks appear uneven, it could be related to how they are inserted into the oven cavity or the overall level of the appliance itself. A critical troubleshooting step is to first check if the entire range or oven unit is level. Use a carpenter's level on the cooktop surface to ensure the appliance is sitting flat. If it is not, adjust the leveling legs located at the bottom of the range. If the appliance is level and the racks still do not sit correctly, inspect the rack support guides inside the oven cavity for any warping or damage that might be causing the issue. You can find general information on range and oven installation and leveling on our support page: https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-range-installation-CT10000018-20150170462006 Your feedback is important, and we'd like to explore this further to ensure your oven racks are sitting properly for a stable baking surface.
