We had an issue with one of the eyes flame being too large and LG sent a technician to fix it the day after. We absolutely love this stove and use the air fry oven all the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my LG oven a year ago and it works great! I love the low profile cooktop, large center burner and the ultra heat and simmer burners. I have used the air fry feature a couple of times and it works well. The cooktop and front are easy to wipe clean and the blue interior is a fun addition to the inside of the oven. The cleaning cycle also works great.

The range is far better than anything I have owned in the past. Temperatures are spot-on, control easy and intuitive. Appearance is quite nice as well as ease of maintenance. The prompts/notifications are efficient and handy. I would seriously reccmd this unit to any that are considering a range replacement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very glad that I chose an LG stove. The unit was everything that I wanted and everything that I needed. It surpasses,Samsung, Whirlpool and GE. I WILL CERTAINLY LOOK TOWARD LG PRODUCTS IN THE FUTURE.

All around a nice gas range. Heats up quickly, cleans up easily, and burners are powerful. I gave it a 4 star rating only because the grates and burner caps became discolored very quickly. I cleaned them according to manufacturer instructions but the discoloration is still present. I would recommend this product based on great performance.

We have had this for about a month now and it works great. The front two burner work really well for heating things up fast. My only complaint is that the air fryer function doesn’t work the same as a counter top one. But I think it’s just trail and error to get that part dialed in. Also, it looks great and cleans really easily.

My previous range was a Kitchenaid KSGG700EBS1 and from day one I had problems with it and they finally bought it back f. I used that check to purchase this LG and so far I really like it. I hope that all of the positive things that I've heard about LG are true especially after my previous experience wit the other manufacturer. I am really looking forward to using my new range. I just wished that they would have provided 3 oven racks instead of just 2. That would have been very useful for me.

The words are not back lit and not printed with a high gloss white color, so it is very difficult to read the words. For such a sophisticated range and price, it should be back lit or the words should be legible without having to shine a light on it. The symbol fo the Wi-Fi, which is not necessary to be seen is lit, but not the up/down or light or etc. symbols and words that are used repeatedly with every use. Lower cost ranges do not have this problem It was also not displayed as such in some of the marketing brochure. Not happy!

The oven cooks a lot more evenly than our previous stove. I love the style of the stove especially the blue inside. My biggest issue is with the grates and burners. The grates and burners look like they are 5 years old already. Very disappointed, unsure if I would recommend to anyone

This range is poorly designed. The control panel is not back-lit, which means that you must be in a lit room in order to see and use "ANY" of the controls on the panel. The oven vents to the front, directly below the control panel, which means that once the oven is on and heated to any temperature, it directly heats the control panel and the oven door handle, making them both too hot to touch without an oven mitt, towel or insulated glove. Even the bases of the range knobs become overheated. And unless you have insulated touchscreen capacitive gloves, you cannot adjust or reset anything on the control panel to another temperature or setting, once the oven has come up to temperature. The unit looks very nice, but it is poorly designed and not user friendly. I won't even get into the level of destruction caused by the third party installers, who handed me parts of my kitchen cabinetry as they were leaving.
