[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven was delivered with the wrong hose kit and we had to make several trips to stores to find the right adapter. Also came with a bad igniter so oven did not work but LG support came out quickly and replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our oven often. When it's cold, the trays can slide in and out with some difficulty. However, when the oven is hot, the trays cannot slide in and out at all. They are completely stuck. It is extremely frustrating.

The range is far better than anything I have owned in the past. Temperatures are spot-on, control easy and intuitive. Appearance is quite nice as well as ease of maintenance. The prompts/notifications are efficient and handy. I would seriously reccmd this unit to any that are considering a range replacement.

We received delivery in July This is one of the most beautiful stoves we have ever owned And that’s where it ends range top is a royal pain to clean We have tried several products recommended by LG none are any better Next the cast iron grates no matter how careful you are they will scratch the range top The elastic time clock always runs at least 20 minutes behind time.The burner caps have discolored along with the knobs One last thing look for something else

Cons: - Child lock does not turn off burners or lock oven door - Stove top grates and griddle have a very rough texture difficult to clean and prone to scratching - There is no option to leave the oven light on indefinitely - Touchpad buttons are often difficult to push and do not respond on first try - Knobs are easily turned causing you to accidentally turn change oven setting while cooking and lose your settings Pros: - Oven cooks well and maintains heat - Air fryer and basket work well - Burners are very powerful - Smart oven features can be helpful like phone notification when preheating is finished and connecting to fan range to automatically turn on when the burner is started

My previous range was a Kitchenaid KSGG700EBS1 and from day one I had problems with it and they finally bought it back f. I used that check to purchase this LG and so far I really like it. I hope that all of the positive things that I've heard about LG are true especially after my previous experience wit the other manufacturer. I am really looking forward to using my new range. I just wished that they would have provided 3 oven racks instead of just 2. That would have been very useful for me.

The oven cooks a lot more evenly than our previous stove. I love the style of the stove especially the blue inside. My biggest issue is with the grates and burners. The grates and burners look like they are 5 years old already. Very disappointed, unsure if I would recommend to anyone

We have had this for about a month now and it works great. The front two burner work really well for heating things up fast. My only complaint is that the air fryer function doesn’t work the same as a counter top one. But I think it’s just trail and error to get that part dialed in. Also, it looks great and cleans really easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range a few weeks ago and it has been a wonderful stove! The stove top gives even flame and the oven temperature is spot on. It is quite an upgrade from what I had before, so this new range has been a joy to cook and bake on.

Bought this about 6 weeks ago and already the burner caps and burner heads are impossible to clean using manufacturer instructions. The surface of the caps and the griddle absorb stains and can't be cleaned. The middle griddle is ineffective, possibly due to the fact that the burner doesn't extend the entire length. Oven racks very difficult to slide in. I will say that the burner power is more than sufficient, matter of fact it took some getting used to. There is no backlight for the panel controls, and the timer is not user-friendly at all. Pressing it mildly firmly results in ridiculous jumps in number of minutes, otherwise you have to do everything one push at a time.
