Hi there. Thank you for reaching us. I'm so sorry to hear that your LG Air Fryer, LSGL5833F, is not meeting your expectations. Specifically, you're experiencing excessive smoke while using it, even after trying the convection roast option. I can imagine how frustrating it must be to have a product not perform as promised. I want to acknowledge your disappointment and apologize for the inconvenience. We understand that smoke production can be a serious issue, especially when cooking healthy and tasty meals. I'm glad to hear that other functions on the air fryer are working well, but we're committed to resolving the smoke issue. I'd like to offer a solution to address this concern. Please reach out to us on social media @LGUSSupport so we can help you further. ^Cris
