We purchased a black stone griddle conversion kit from wal mart. It was a perfect fit. We are enjoying the griddle with natural gas.

This grill is liquid propane ready and is not convertible to Natural Gas. There is a difference between a propane only valve assembly and a convertible valve assembly. Unfortunately this grill is 100% not able to convert to natural gas. Any conversion will void your warranty and could cause fire or severe bodily harm or damage to your home or personal property. Attempting to fit a conversion kit on a unit that is not convertible is NOT advised.

Doesn't work for me

They lied about the discretion. It says 5 burner. It was not 5 burner flame grill. I have been trying to return it and it's taking forever 😔

love it but can’t find replacement drip pans

We have the 2021 version of this and love it. The only downside so far, we can’t find the replacement drip pans anywhere.

Damaged prior to packaging

The firebox was damaged prior to shipping. The griddle does not fit onto the firebox. Now I need to wait 5-10 days for a reply.
