I Love my new stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our dishwasher took a nosedive and while replacing it we decided to upgrade our whole set. This stove is awesome! It took a quick minute to learn some of the newer features but now we are cooking like champions. I really recommend gong all in and getting the air-fryer rack too, it is totally worth it. Cleaning the top was a little different, even boiled over water burned on the surface. Soft Scrub and a fancy recommended scrapper tool and we got used to it and no problems with messes now. The auto clean on the stove is super easy too. And I love the cobalt blue inside the stove.

Should have done mor research

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I had done more research-I do not like the black glass top. If you have a pan on the burner and move it a little-will scratch the top. Have to lift and move even if it is for a millimeter of an inch! The dials on the top are hard to read-print need to be darker. However, it is better than my old gas stove.

Hey there Jane! The cooktop for your LG Electric Range should always look as good as new after using it, and we'd be happy to help you keep it that way. This link (http://spr.ly/6427SG5KH), can help you to remove scratches from your range whenever they come up, and we recommend looking through page 34 of the unit's owner's manual since it mentions what cookware to use best to avoid future scratches. If you need additional assistance, please send us a private message on social media at @LGUSSupport, and we'll be ready to help! *Josh

Love this new stove

I've been waiting for months to get a new stove and I'd been looking at LG ones. This one was on sale $100 less now than several months ago, so I decided to go ahead and get it. I'm so glad I did! It heats up a little faster than my old Samsung one that had problems right away. Don't know if I'll ever use the Smart features, but I love everything else about it. It's a little hard at first to figure out the burners and which rings you're heating, but trial and error does it.

Hi! We appreciate you sharing the great feedback! It’s great to hear your new LG stove was worth the wait — and even better that you caught it at a lower price. Knowing it heats up faster than your old unit and has been a smooth upgrade overall is exactly the kind of experience we love to hear about! The Smart features are there if you ever want them, but it’s perfectly fine if you never use them. And you’re right — the burner layouts can take a moment to get used to, but once you’ve had a little hands‑on time, it becomes second nature. Great Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I really like this gas range! I purchased it because of the large oven capacity and easy clean features. I haven't done any massive heavy duty cooking yet but all the meals I've made so far have cooked well and been easy to clean up. I also haven't used the wifi connectivity yet but that wasn't super important for me. The oven itself is very different than my last one as it heats up from the back and pushes the air around which is great, but getting used to it. I feel like the oven takes a bit to heat up (probably because it is so large) which if you're just heating up pizza or chicken fingers can be frustrating but I'll take that trade off for the size! I love the blue interior. And love that I have been able to just wipe the oven and stovetop down when I made a greasy mess, I haven't had to use either cleaning features yet (we'll see how that goes). I love the 22K burner - it boiled a huge pot of water relatively fast! My negatives so far - you have to turn the oven knob on then off to get the timer/panel to come on (not a big deal but I wish you could just tap on the panel) the timer plays a happy little song though when done! Also the broiler shuts off with door open (which is a good safety feature) though I like sometimes to flip things around and keep an eye on what I'm broiling with the door open (not a dealbreaker). Then the top grates have scratched the stovetop slightly though I haven't moved them around much except to clean. You can't see the scratches really when the grates are on so doesn't bother me yet but it seems the top may scratch easily which over time would be worrisome. Overall I feel like this range was a great purchase however I'm still new to it and learning all the different cooking features. So far so good though and I would highly recommend at this point!

Wifi?

I wanted a range with wifi as we often have power outages and I naturally thought a wifi enabled stove would automatically reset the clock when the power was restored. Not so with this range. All wifi does is to send notifications such as when the oven reaches temperature or a burner is on. Handy features, but really? Not even the ability to reset the clock from the app! It needs to be reset from the control panel. This is absurd! Also, while sitting at the kitchen island, it appears as though there is a piece missing beneath the control panel as shown in the picture. This is unnoticeable while standing, but I’ve had a number of people point it out while sitting at my island. Did you forget to finish it LG?

Cheaply made

Extremely frustrated with this range, the stainless steel is of low quality and extremely thin. Even a drop of water stains it, I have to be cleaning it all the time. The bottom drawer is super tiny. Having glass top ranges for over 30 yrs by far this is the worst glass to I have ever purchased.

New Features LG Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this range for about a month. One important point for the glass top is to have the correct cookware. We actually purchased a new set with flat bottoms to not scratch the surface. It is amazing how fast the burner heats up. We have used the oven and timer feature as well as the air fryer which I love because I can actually make crispy french frys in the oven/air fryer. The easy view oven is terrific. So I can see how an item is cooking.

Hi, Jan! We’re delighted to hear how well your LG Range is performing in your kitchen. The fast‑heating glass cooktop, spacious oven, and the air fryer feature sound like they’re adding a lot of convenience — crispy fries right from the oven is always a win. The EasyView window is a great touch too, making it simple to keep an eye on everything as it cooks. Wonderful to know it’s been such a strong addition to your home! Well Designed Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this range “ LG 6.3 CU FT. SMART WI-FI ENABLED TRUE CONVECTION INSTAVIEW® ELECTRIC RANGE WITH AIR FRY” Model: LREL6325F about one and a half month ago. We are very pleased with the way the stove and oven works. We noticed that the oven temperature regulates more uniformly as compared to the previous range-oven we had. The top cooking surface is much easier to clean and maintain. We are very satisfied.

Nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a great stove and oven. The only thing is we called about it looking unfinished just below the knobs. You can see the inside of the stove. Repair man came out said I was right it does look un finished. He called LG they said that's just how it looks. Well OK?

Ridiculous

It's ridiculous that you have to use the Wi-Fi to torn the power on to the oven controls. You have to have a certain Wi-Fi output and download apps. What happened to just plugging it into the wall and turning the knob. Why do things always have to be done through a cell phone. IT'S REDICULOUS that it has come to all the out of control technology that we have come up with. Its just making people more lazy and useless. in 56 yrs I have never had trouble turning on the oven or setting the clock till NOW. this is the worst setup I have ever seen and I will never buy one. Sister's got one and has had it for over a month now and still can't use the oven.
