So disappointed with the glass cooktop.
We were so excited to get a new Range. We had our other range but needed to buy a new Refrigerator, so decided to splurge and get all new appliances. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with the cooktop. My previous stove had a similar cooktop and never had an issue. It still looked new. Have had my stove for 2 weeks and already have several marks that won't come off. It sure doesn't look like a brand new stove.Also it is extremely difficult to get grease marks off the stovetop.

unreliable
I have always been a LG fan.. Last year during my home renovations I bought a range of LG appliances for my kitchen including range refrigerator and dishwasher. but , recently appliances have disappointed me alot I purchased my item in July and got my delivery in September , they worked well for 13 months but after that range showed problem in one of the cooktop I thought it as a voltage issue but after few days other cooktop also stopped working and one thing I want to mention that I bought the latest model at that time , everything has the manufacturing of 2021 but this time they just stated to fail in 2 years only ....

Like my new stove
Stove was delivered September 18/ 2020. The stove top is scratched all ready and I have new pots, after the delivery guys left I noticed the front of the stove where the stainless steel starts is all scratched up, it definitely was not the delivery guys! I do like the stove and all the burners are great and so is the oven. I still can’t get the air fryer tray
Air fryer more gimmick than feature
This unit looks beautiful but the air fryer makes my food soggy and not crispy. Following the directions exactly as written for the oven and the food product results in soggy nuggets and fries. We stopped using the air fryer and stick with convect bake.

Worst air fryer ever.
I bought the LG air fry oven in December of 2020. The air fryer worked about three times in December. It's now April. I've had 7 repair appointments and no one seems to be able to fix it. The service people have replaced parts, circuit boards and nothing has fixed the problem. My only recourse at this point is to have LG replace the oven. Maybe the next one will work properly.

AWFUL
I bought this stove 2 years ago and have been disappointed ever since. I bought it from a local LG retailer/Appliance store and I have googled on how to repair this thing so often, it prompted me to leave a review. The knob on the large burner fell off because the pressure stem inside it quit working. The electronic panel shorts on off, but the clock has had missing fragments of digits for over a year. The elements on the stove top look spread out, almost looking like it is 'leaking'. The overall performance of the oven itself is uneven, everything in the back of the oven burns and the front of the oven isn't fully cooked. DO NOT BUY THIS. I bought it on a "3 years same-as-cash" finance plan, and it isn't even paid off yet.

This oven has it all. Fast burner heat-up, great

Please ignore some of the negative reviews as just about all great products get negatives. I went with the LG reputation and brand reliability and I was will pleased with my choice. TRUST ME!!! BUY THIS ONE AND YOU WILL LOVE IT LIKE I DO.
Not too happy!
We have this range about half a year and I am not very happy with this appliance, I can't simmer on any of the elements, even on the smallest settings, very disappointing. Also the display of the knob settings is so tiny you need a magnifying glass to figure it out. I was expecting a better stove for this price. We have other LG appliances and are happy with them but not with the stove unfortunately.

Not a great stove
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't waste your money. This stove barely made it 2 years before breaking. One knob makes 2 burners go on. Not very safe. LG products are the worst. My fridge broke 3 times after purchasing it. I also think they make their appliances out of tin foil, they scratch and dent just by touching them. I will purchase another brand next time. Such a shame after all the money I spent.

Knobs too sensitive, turn on by accidental touch
overall good oven and stove top but a couple of major flaws. I have had this oven for a few months now and use it frequently. Issues: 1. Knows are too sensitive, turn with barely a touch. I have had guests accidently turn the knobs and the burners turn on without knowing. this has caused a couple of major issues in burning objects sitting on top. If I want to use the oven I should be able to disable the stove top, and you cannot do that. its all or none. 2. Air Fry - the function is great when making a large quantity, but does not work well for smaller batches. I was thinking I could get rid of my countertop air fryer and I cannot. It takes three times as long to cook air fry food. probably because the oven is very large compared to the countertop fryer. I would reconsider buying this if you have small children or host where guests might be around the oven and any touch to the knobs can easily turn the burners on. just recently I had the oven on to cook but was not using the burners at all. we had placed a platter of food which was in plastic container on top of the stove to serve food but someone had accidently bumped into the burner and turned the burner on high. a few second later the entire burner was covered in burned plastic. it was a hot mess. :-(
