Disappointed

We bought our range almost a year ago and I have never heard or seen the fan on. Finally called service and he said the motor was bad. Also we noticed the past two weeks the oven preheats and then shuts off. We have to keep resetting it. Needless to say we are waiting for a motor and now when he comes back I have to tell them about this. Wish we could just get it replaced totally. I have to do baking for my church during lent and I don't know how I'm going to do it. We love this range when it was working needless to say we were not air frying when we thought we were. Explains why we had to air fry way longer than the time it said.

Wasted my money

Says it's preheated at 275, regardless of setting. Actually takes an hour to reach 400 and by then the food goes straight into the garbage. Cleaning the cook top is exhausting and time consuming. Apparently I'm not allowed to say what I really think, so I'll just say don't buy this piece of 'equipment'.

Regrets

I was delighted to find this stove with everything I wanted after much research and comparisons. It is not quite two years old and it looks awful. Some of the led lights in the clock don’t work, the front left burner is worn and discolored, and there are dents in the bottom drawer. I’ve had other brands of stoves that look better than this after 10 years as I take care of my appliances.

Happy Owner after one month...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this range based on the recommendation of a trusted consumer reviews magazine and it had the features I was looking for. Everything works as promised and the the quality appears to be excellent. If you are considering an LG range look at the model numbers CAREFULLY. I wanted the control panel display to light up when in use - this model (LSGL6337F) does - some of the LG appliances do not have a lighted control panel which makes it very difficult to read in low kitchen light. I had to visit several appliance stores to discover this - I wish LG would make this clearer in the specifications.

Beautiful Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks back and I am truly enjoying it! There are many features in this to make it very easy to use! It’s my first convection oven and the fact that you can put your recipes in and it automatically converts it to the recommended temp and time it amazing! I also love having the air fryer built in! The Blue interior is lovely and if you want the oven light on you just need to knock 2 x’s on the oven door is so cool! Again thank you for a wonderful product!

Well, it works but

I’ve had this for about 6 months.. it is a good piece of equipment except the control panel is absolutely horrible. It seems like the touch pads are not aligned as setting the bake, convert bake and air fry requiring multiple attempts to just get where you want and then the start button must be aligned with the clear/off button. And the there is the sounds this machine makes are just hideous, something from a children's game and it cannot be changed. Oh, and the knock on the door to turn the light doesn’t work. If I knew about this I may not have purchased it. But like I said, the range is excellent, size is good, elements heat quickly and the variable size burners are great.

Great product - when it works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my LG range a year ago, it worked great for a time then two of the burners went out. To my surprise, this all happened just as the warranty had ran out. I am debating whether to repair it or switch brands.

Hate this stove

I've had this stove for almost a year and I would never buy again. It heats up so slow, the top is very hard to clean without it being streaky, takes forever to cool down before you can clean it. The only thing I like about it is the oven and it's just ok. I feel like I have a different stove than what the other reviews are talking about. I wish I would have gotten a gas range.

One small issue

Bought this a month ago. So much to love but have a few issues with the oven. When i cook a pizza on a pampered chef pizza stone it does not brown at all on the bottom. We lowered the rack but have the same result. Also found after air frying chicken wings used the easy clean. Easy? Had to scrub and grease didnt really come off. Will have to do a self clean.
