The main reason we selected this refrigerator was the craft ice. Now after a few months, it just quit working. We requested service almost 2 weeks ago  and have not heard a word. We requested service again today.  We read a lot of complaints about this on the Internet.

Craft icemaker quit working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure the extra features (Door-in-a-door, and outside middle drawer) were worth the extra money.  But, now I can confidently say they are wonderful.  The middle drawer is so convenient.  We use the door-in-a-door all the time.  All the shelves are adjustable, which makes everything fit.  We are also enjoying the large round ice cubes.  LOVE THIS!
