[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the separate door to access things most commonly used. I love the full convert drawer. Easy access and really keeps things organized. I needed to buy the counter depth version. This limits the space for tall items in the refrigerator compartment. That reason, plus the section for the custom ice limit the freezer section. Note: Plan ahead for custom ice, it is very slow....but I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge just over a month ago and I’m in the love! Let me tell you why…. 1. The water dispenser is amazing and so handy for everyone! My kids love that they can select how much they want! I also love that the “water catcher” is a flat surface so it’s super easy to wipe down and clean! 2. The middle drawer that can be either a freezer or fridge. Hello! Genius! We use ours for drinks and let me tell you how cold and refreshing they are! 3. The little door that opens and allows you to easily grab a gallon of milk! Again, genius! Perfect for kids. My boys love this feature and they are no longer asking me to get the milk out for them because they can finally reach! 4. The big balls of ice. Need I say more? Okay, I will! I absolutely love these! I didn’t think I would but they have changed my world and the coldness of my drinks for life! 5. Smudges be gone! Seriously, I have 2 little boys who are constantly touching this fridge and there isn’t one fingerprint on it! Hallelujah! 6. Counter depth is the way to go! It looks so nice in my kitchen! I don’t know if you can tell or not but we love this fridge and would recommend it to anyone who is looking!

I would give this refrigerator a5 stars except for the recurring issues with the craft icemaker, which has now been replaced in 2.5 years, the last replacement having been free, as the first replacement was only 10 months old. Other than that, it is a marvelous refrigerator, and we are happy with it in every other way.

The door-in-door is great and allows you to better organize product for easy access. The middle section - Full Convert Drawer is another great feature that gives you added flexibility. Great product. We are very happy with our purchase.

The third outer door make access to milk, tea and other drinks easy to access. Also keep the rest of the frig undisturbed. Craft Ice is great. Wish it did not have the 'crater' at the top but still works great.

I absolutely love this refrigerator. So much so that I'm buying it again in my new home. I was so sad to leave it behind. The only thing that makes me crazy is having to pay more for a smaller refrigerator (counter depth). I'm going for the full size one in my new house.

I bought this refrigerator along with an LG washer and dryer as part of furnishing my new home. The appliance looks great and the advertised stainless steel finish does nor show fingerprints. It says clean and smudge free. The issue I have and have had since I bought it is the fact that it stops making ice all the time. I end up having to buy bags of ice any time I plan on having more than just the immediate family over. I use the button for extra ice but it doesn't help. It's like the ice maker freezes up and won't release the cubes.

The counter depth was perfect for our situation and the ice making features are ideal. The two doors allow us to access our food without letting warm air into the entire unit. So far we are more than pleased with our purchase.

I bought this about 5 months ago & all was going very well. Just this week I did have to have it serviced for a new gasket & a cracked elbow joint on the ice maker tube in back. LG service technician was very good & repaired it. I love the door in door feature for milk & items we use often. I also love the middle drawer that can be used in either freezer or refrigerator mode.. I use it for my cold cuts & cheeses - which gives me more fridge space. (I have a freezer in my garage.) Water maker & ice machine works good. My family loves the craft ice. I didn't care about craft ice when I bought it - but I am a fan of it now

Some of the features I like most are the drawer that can be freezer or refrigerator, the door you can open for most used items without opening the whole refrigerator. We love the crafted ice. It does take a long time to produce but so fun to have big balls as a treat of ice. I could go on and on. So far love it and the water taste is a wonderful surprise. Thank you!
