This states 4 tenderloin per package, but there are only 2. I had to clean these also and got alot of waste. Not sure if the extra work is worth it! Considering buying from the stores that offers it already cleaned and in marinade. But when I got it brined for 3 hours and cooked. It was very good.

The 2-pack I purchased was actually 4 loins, the end cuts. So plan your dish or recipe accordingly. If making a roast I would recommend tying 2 together. The price point is very good considering this is the leanest cut of pork. I can only recommend purchasing if you know what you're expecting.
