Great value and great tasting meat!

Pork Tenderloin tasted great, but I wanted 1 full whole piece not cut. I got 2 pieces cut in half and sliced in half. Hard to make stuffed tenderloin. I will have to personally pick myself.

These are as good or better than tenderloins I have bought anywhere else. I cut them into 2" filets, season with ginger, cumin and fennel (salt and pepper just before eating) and pan saute for a good crust but medium on the inside. One filet is the perfect size for me so I cut them then cook one at a time or all at once and re-heat. Works great and I have a lean, tasty protein in about 5 minutes.

good meat and lots of it - 4 tenderloins. I cut them up into the following - the middle section I cut into 3-4 ounce pieces, between middle and ends I make into packages of 3-4 ounces of ka bob meat, the ends I slice for a stir fry or grain bowl in 2-3 ounce packages. They are now ready for any meal I might prepare. Freeze on parchment lined sheet then wrap in the same parchment paper to keep them separate and vacuum seal or zip loc bag for freezer.

These are so reasonably priced and so good, I use them in place of more expensive cuts. Fry medallions as pork chops in you favorite recipe...AWESOME tender and moist. I even use the medallions in place of ribs for BBQ and my family likes them BETTER!

Nice pork loins. Made for new year's day meal.
