Really tasty - we prepared in the slow cooker for a flavorful one pot meal

Pork Tenderloin tasted great, but I wanted 1 full whole piece not cut. I got 2 pieces cut in half and sliced in half. Hard to make stuffed tenderloin. I will have to personally pick myself.

This is my first time purchasing this pork at Sam's club. I put it in the old crock pot in bone broth on low for 8 hours, drained the juices and put lots of BBQ sauce on it for another hour or so and it was absolutely delicious. Will be buying it again soon.

These are a great value and excellent - tender, juicy, and tasty - WHEN THEY ARE PROPERLY SEALED. However, today makes the second time in a row that I have gotten these tenderloins via curbside pickup in packages that either were not properly vacuum sealed, or the vacuum seal was lost at some point. The problem is that the use by date on these tenderloins is calculated assuming that they will remain vacuum sealed. IF THEY ARE NOT SEALED, THE TENDERLOINS WILL SPOIL LONG BEFORE THE USE BY DATE. The first time this happened, neither side of the package was sealed. I didn't notice the lack of a vacuum seal until I took the tenderloins out to cook them. Although it was well before the use by date, they had already gone bad. With the pork tenderloins I received today, one side of the package wasn't vacuum-sealed. The unsealed side was leaking raw pork juices. (Fortunately it was in another plastic bag or it would have leaked all into my car.) I won't be buying these any more, at least not via curbside pickup. Apparently it's only safe to buy them if you go into the store so you can verify that the packages are properly vacuum sealed. I don't know if they are not being sealed initially, or if the seal is being broken during handling. It may come down to the quality of the plastic used in the packaging: my local grocery store sells vacuum-sealed pork tenderloins, but the plastic in their packaging is much thicker and stiffer. I have never seen one of those unsealed. The plastic in the grocery store packaging is actually tough to cut into - you need a sharp knife with a sharp point or very sharp scissors to get into it. But the Sam's packaging cuts easily and the plastic is so soft that I can almost tear into it with my fingers alone, and I don't have strong hands! Sam's needs to tighten up their quality control on the vacuum sealing process and handling. Or use better packaging. Or both.

These are as good or better than tenderloins I have bought anywhere else. I cut them into 2" filets, season with ginger, cumin and fennel (salt and pepper just before eating) and pan saute for a good crust but medium on the inside. One filet is the perfect size for me so I cut them then cook one at a time or all at once and re-heat. Works great and I have a lean, tasty protein in about 5 minutes.

This comes in a two pack at my club and I am looking forward to fixing the second tenderloin in my pack. I roasted this for about an hour on a bed of veggies (carrots, onions, potatoes) with veggie stock. I pierced the tenderloins with a small sharp knife and slipped some sliced garlic and rosemary into cuts. Served with stuffing and baked apples this was a delicious Sunday dinner.

good meat and lots of it - 4 tenderloins. I cut them up into the following - the middle section I cut into 3-4 ounce pieces, between middle and ends I make into packages of 3-4 ounces of ka bob meat, the ends I slice for a stir fry or grain bowl in 2-3 ounce packages. They are now ready for any meal I might prepare. Freeze on parchment lined sheet then wrap in the same parchment paper to keep them separate and vacuum seal or zip loc bag for freezer.

These are so reasonably priced and so good, I use them in place of more expensive cuts. Fry medallions as pork chops in you favorite recipe...AWESOME tender and moist. I even use the medallions in place of ribs for BBQ and my family likes them BETTER!

Unacceptable low quality. Somehow the package we received was more like dark meat instead of white like pork should be. It was definitely pork but the taste and texture was off. There was a lot of weird sections that had to be thrown away due to it being basically repulsive. This seems like a good deal price wise but when part of it has to be thrown out and what's left isn't appetizing, it's most definitely a bargain. First time purchasing but will not try again or recommend.
