We buy these every couple of months, cut up into serving size and prepare in various ways. Always good.

I haven cooked any of these but have in the past and they were very tender. But there were only three. I don't know if they are based on the weight.

These pork loin are lean ,flavorful and juicy. I season,sear them and move them to a 400* oven to finish cooking to an internal temperature of 155*. Remove from the oven let rest for 5 min. Slice and eat. Yum!
