Hi there, we understand and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with the 7.3 cu. ft. Ultra Large Capacity Rear Control Electric ENERGY STAR® Dryer with Sensor Dry, model DLE6100W. It’s great to hear that after two months of use, the dryer is performing well and that you’re enjoying the melody at the end of each cycle — a signature LG touch many customers love. Since everything is running smoothly, one helpful tip is to keep the lint filter clean before each load, which supports strong airflow and consistent drying performance. You can explore the full product details here: https://www.lg.com/us/washers-dryers/lg-dle6100w-electric-dryer If you need further assistance, feel free to email lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com. ^Rich

Hi, Christopher! We are thrilled that your LG Dryer is proving to be a phenomenal upgrade with its quick drying times and feature set. We certainly agree that moving up from a 16 year old unit makes laundry day feel like a breeze. To keep your unit performing at its best, we suggest cleaning the lint filter after every single cycle to ensure maximum airflow and efficiency. Works while new, hope it works a long time!

Well, it's new and it works. I like it overall but have only used a couple of the dial settings. Seems like a good dryer, but a couple weeks isn't long to have a strong opinion yet....

Not what it used to be. Quality is way down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poor performance after many other LG appliances were great. The first service person here was a flop. The second one, a couple months later was great.

Happy Customer

I bought it a couple of months ago and I already see a difference. My old dryer took multiple runs to dry a load of laundry, this one takes only one. The drying sensor works great!

Sensor is poor

Have had this dryer for a month. Find that the sensor is not good. Clothes come out still damp. Have to always continue to dry. Surprised at how poor the sensor is.

Bad Controls, but it still works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Controls are terrible defaults each time to sensor drying and after just a year the sensor does not work well. Clothes are always WET, not just damp, even on the driest of settings.

Hey there Mack! Having clothes come out clean and dry from your LG dryer is always a top priority, and we'll be happy to help make that happen. We recommend checking the vent hoses attached to the back of the unit to ensure that there are no bends or kinks in it and also to check the ventilation system to ensure that it is cleaned out and there are no blockages. So we can look into this further with you, please send us a private message on social media at @LGUSSupport with your contact details, model number, and details about any troubleshooting you've tried, and we'll be ready to help! *Josh

Frustrated with flow sensor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it last month. I understand the purpose of the flow sensor but it keeps coming on. Sometimes I do a load and it's fine but the next one it comes on. I put a semi rigid duct vent on it.

Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying my new LG dryer. It is not as quiet as I expected. Already sounds like an older machine. Love the tune after dryer shuts off, ha, ha.
