Save a sheet and find another dryer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we first had purchased the dryer, we were excited to have something new. However after a few dry cycles and still currently happening, the clothes are never completely dry and the flow sense light is always blinking when it is not clogged. We paid full price barely a year ago and sadly to say we are very disappointed and beside ourselves for we are stuck with this dryer that doesn't dry.
Hi there. We understand you're not satisfied with the experience you've had with your dryer and would like to have a closer look into it. A flow sense warning indicator light can be caused by poor ventilation exhaust to the dryer. It illuminates to prevent reduced performance caused by exhaust system restrictions. Confusing sets or dry cycles
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 3 weeks ago. While I like the large capacity I do not understand and have not been able to select a dry cycle medium, low, or high that will be an-energy saver cycle on the manual dry. When I select normal on the sensor dry the energy saver does show on but there is no heat and after a good while the heat comes on.. How can that be saving energy?

Specifications are incorrect.
I was excited when my LG washer & dryer were delivered today, however, extremely disappointed to discover that they didn’t have the convenience feature: “Remaining Time Display/Status Indicator” that had been listed in the specs. This was one of the reasons I bought these particular appliances, especially the dryer, since I like to know the time of the cycle so the clothes do not lay in the dryer to wrinkle when it ends. I was dismayed that although the LG specifications on line included these conveniences.
A nice dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is very good. It is quiet. Has many features. Has new technology features. Has energy efficient. My favorite thing I like about the dryer is when it is done has a nice music chime instesd of a loud buzzer noise. Overall the LG dryer has meet my expectations.
RSO Delivery Services
This review is about RSO the delivery service. Horrible. I was supposed to get my delivery on a Saturday and they called a wrong number for me to let me know they were on the way 30 mins before. Therefore, I was not at home. They had been texting the correct number the whole week reminding me about my delivery and then again after my delivery to let me know it couldn't be completed due to me not being home. I contacted them immediately after the driver had only left my house after 15 mins, I asked them to have him turn around. They could not contact the warehouse or the delivery driver due to no-one answering the phone. I was told to hang around my house until I heard from back from them, today is Monday and I still have not heard a word. They let me waste a day off of work. They let me sit in my house all day Saturday waiting on a phone call to see if the driver was coming back and no call. I had to call them on Monday morning to find out what is going on. They stated they would expedite my delivery and gave me Friday! A whole week later due to their mess up! I am again waiting on a call back to see if they can get me a delivery date sooner instead of another week and guess what??? They can't get in touch with the delivery facility or the driver AGAIN! I will not get my hopes up because they don't return calls or follow through. I wouldn't buy anything that has to deal with RSO.

A lemon?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although this DLE6100W dryer is advertised to be “Designed for quiet operation, run the dryer without interrupting naptime or your favorite show.,” it is definitely not quiet. The first load of laundry (medium size) that I tried to dry caused the dryer to shake and bang loudly. I recorded a voice memo of the sound and took it to the store where I purchased it, and the only explanation was that it must be “a lemon.”

What type of noise are you experiencing? The noise could be from bad drum supports or from shipping bolts not being removed prior to install, and or the motor, rollers, bearings, blower wheel. Great overall, but needs some refining
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought two months ago and overall I love it! However, the flow sense indicator illuminates even when everything seems to be working fine. Also, despite my machine having an icon to sync to the app, the app itself says the machine isn't supported. But the dryer does exactly what it's supposed to do.
Good product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer seems to take a great deal of time to dry the clothes. It seems more logical to me that when the machine is drying the Dry LED should be a solid illuminated, instead of a blinking light. Also, when using manual dry, it would be nice to have a timer showing time remaining for the selected cycle.
Great dryer, horrible delivery!
The dryer is fine. The delivery and installation was the problem. The delivery crew called ahead of time to tell me they had no tools to do the install. (All that was needed was a Phillips screwdriver.) so they dropped off the dryer in its box and just left it.
great features and easy to use..
I purchased the washing machine earlier this year... at that time I was not in need of a new dryer... however, later this year to purchase the matching dryer only because I wanted to. It looks great next to washer and so far I feel that it is doing a great job!
