The picture is fantastic, the features are easily accessible and user friendly. Coming from a Lg tv. I like how easy the tv works but the remote is absolute trash and small. I miss my magic remote. Also, it does work with Alexa and it turns it off but my LG used to be able to turn the TV on and off. Another problem I'm having is a speaker and the sound.. I know most people get sound bars and speakers, but for a certain shows it's good in other shows. It's very low so I would say I'm dissatisfied with the sound quality on this TV.

I believe this is my third Samsung TV and I have enjoyed each and every one of them. This is by far the largest one I have had and the brightness/ contrast are super. I also like the fact that Bluetooth is an option because I like to use my headphones so I don't bother my neighbors at night. You can't go wrong with this particular TV. This TV is stunning! The picture is so vibrant, bright and crystal clear. I am very impressed how lightweight and sleek it is. The remote to TV responsiveness is second to none with no lag or delay. The panel's ability to display consistent brightness and color across the entire display.
