The quality of the picture is fine. The low rating is due to the speed. We have Spectrum internet service hard wired/directly connected to the TV which the download speed is 400-550Mbps/Upload 21Mbps. We have NEVER experienced this on any of our previous TVs - at any given time, mainly during ANY movie - NOT just fast paced action movies, the picture goes out of synch with the lips while talking-especially when they have a group of people talking back and forth. Also, if there is a fast movement it can blur and pause on occasion. The blur is fast but noticeable. SO disappointing. If I would have been aware of this issue I never would have bought the TV.

Doesn't work smoothly with you tube tv. Rewind delays it and picture goes wonky so end up having to reboot tv. Depending on shows, it is sometimes too dark but cant see to adjust it and have it good in all channels? Otherwise, sharp, clear picture!

This model TV is excellent. The remote is a disgrace. It is tiny, hard to understand and I will never buy another Samsung TV if that remote (or any other similar device) is included. I will make it a point to inspect all future remotes. Fortunately, our old remote with numerous buttons works well.

This is probably the best TV/monitor that I have ever had. The resolution is amazing. The contrast is amazing. It’s ability to track when doing moving images is wonderful There are enough HDMI connections to suit all of my inputs The clarity at 4K is wonderful. I’m extremely happy with this purchase

We've had numerous Samsung TVs over the years. My wife and I would not consider buying another brand as we have always enjoyed the quality of Samsung TVs. We sold our condo and the buyer wanted the wall mounted Samsung TV so we let it go. In our new home we needed two new TVs so, of course, we bought Samsung and went with the 75 inch QLED. On both, the picture is bright and the contrast is sharp; the sound is crystal clear. They were super easy to setup and connect to WiFi. Talk about smart, these TVs have so many apps that we'll never run out of things to watch. I can't speak highly enough about or new Samsung TVs. We highly recommend and know you won't be disappointed!

I bought my TV about 5 years ago and its still in prime condition. Its been stored in a box when i was moving and is practically brand new. I havnt had one issue with this tv. It doesnt overheat. No glitches or delay. Color and contrast is on point. Responsiveness is great. Its not overlay bright but also ajustable if needed. Its upscale in the world of tvs for sure. You get what you pay for. Stay away from cheap tvs and go with a more uniformity and easy to navigate tv.

This is the 3rd Samsung T.V. that I bought in the past couple years We love how easy the television is to setup its easy to use Very sharp & Clear picture. I have Very low vision So I need a T.V. that has Great contrast & Sharp picture. I Highly reccomend Samsung Televisions
