Our Samsung 65" QLED started as a simple upgrade, but it didn’t take long before it became the unofficial gathering spot in the house. The picture stays vivid and uniform across the whole screen — no fading or dull spots — and the brightness and contrast make everything look balanced whether it’s daytime or movie night. Even older shows look surprisingly sharp thanks to the upscaling, which the kids now call “TV magic,” and honestly, I’m not arguing. Game days turned into a family event without us planning it. The smooth motion and lively sound make every play feel bigger, and people wander into the living room even if they swore they weren’t watching. The TV responds instantly when we switch apps or start a movie, which saves us from the classic “Is it frozen or thinking?” debate. Movie nights changed too; instead of everyone disappearing to their own devices, we end up together because the picture just pulls you in. Nature shows especially feel almost real — the kind where someone always says, “Okay, now I want to go there.” It’s funny how a TV can quietly become part of the family, but this one did. It didn’t just upgrade our setup — it made our time together a little more fun.

samsung in general is my favorite tv brand. big reason is I stream many programs that are in many different formats. samsung supports more codecs than most other tv's. that's the good news. I also have a 3 year old 55 inch samsung where the volume gets stuck often lately and a soft reset of the tv is needed. i'l probably have to replace the tv!

Excellent TV! Samsung products are known for their high quality. The brightness and contrast are amazing. The picture quality is very good. I always look for 4K movies and series; the difference and quality are astonishing. The audio is good and offers many formats. However, it's best to connect a soundbar for larger rooms. I highly recommend it!!!

I love the quality of the TV picture but I hate the Samsung app that appears when the set is turned on. It blocks access to local programming and someone/somewhere determines what is programmed for viewing. I will not buy another Samsung if that feature continues.

When i say i tried to put it on my wall and because i did something wrong. Lets just say it fell off and when i turned it back on it still works. No messed up screen or picture distortion. My mom was like i need to get her one since she babysitting all the grandkids. 😁 Planning on bring her to the samsung family as well on here birthday.

TV is ok for the basics. Better products on the market. Not many bells and whistles. But, if you are an APP person, I mean a glutton for APPs this tv could work for you. Do know, the remote control is the worst remote on the market. Design flaws galore.

This tv is a lemon it doesn’t stay connected to WiFi. The sound goes out constantly tv constantly freezes and will not respond. I have to turn off to restart. I have to call in to Samsung to have the ttv set back to factory settings in order to connect to WiFi. I had to call 4 times to have this issue resolved. I only had this tv approximately 6 months.

Great mid cost alternative. Picture is like looking through a window. So clear sometimes you feel like a peeping tom. The sound is clear. The settings are intuitive and will allow you to adjust to your viewing area. Big enough to get a WOW and small enough for a bedroom while being able to fill the family room with bright and clear entertainment. The contrast complements the color saturation to bring you the best viewing for the buck you will find. This is your huckleberry. Pick Samsung and Don't settle for less.

The tv itself is great, five stars! The smart part of it is terrible. I had been watching shows on Paramount+ for over four months with maybe a hiccup or two, then after the latest update it would play one show, then not the next, now won't play anything on Paramount, it loads the app so you can see the things you want to watch, just won't play them, you get to watch a black screen with the spinner. I went back to the AppleTV device, everything works great with it.
