I bought a Samsung TV in 2011 when it wasn’t very many apps and the internet was not built in without an attachment so I was hesitant on buying another one but I am really surprise. The color is bright and the apps are easy to use. The TV quick. It is a massive improvement.

I called in January for help setting up my older Samsung speaker bar (had optical connection. ) They tried several things. Nothing was working. I was told 6 months ago that someone was going to call me. No call. I also don't like the remote. I watch antenna channels and can't seem to figure out how to use it. There's no buttons on it!

We looooveeee our new TV! Its a huge update from our previous Vizio; brighter colors, being able to choose different screening modes depending on the media we are watching, the way we can turn our TV into a big painting if we want -we change the contrast and it looks as if its an actual painting in our living room!- and how easy and fast it is to navigate through different apps on our new TV... KUDOS TO SAMSUNG! Its so easy to screenshare with different devices; we were going through old photos on our phones, tablets and laptops on the big screen thanks to that. My only complaint may be the jumpscare our cat had given us by nuzzling to our TV which was standing on its flimsy looking standing legs, yet it persevered!!! Apparently, they are not as flimsy as they look, quite sturdy actually. But we did get a jumpscare for a moment. Now our little boy watches his favorite bird videos on the new TV without us standing nearby and enjoys Samsung TV as well!

We had a Samsung Curved TV and really liked the picture and the sharpness of the picture. I wish the remote was more like the old TVs. Maybe it has to do with my age and the familiarity of the old one. One wish is that the TV would automatically regulate the sound. The sound issue has only gotten worse. Not caused by Samsung I’m sure but program providers.

One feature that comes in handy is the sleep mode, so when I return to watch tv I don’t have to start over trying to find my program. It’s connect to all the apps and it was breeze connecting to the one I watch the most. The contrast and brightness is amazing and easy to adjust.

When my new TV arrived I thought it would be too small for my living room. The tv is on a swivel and once places properly-the picture quality was amazing! Anywhere I sit in my living room, gives me the clarity and depth I was hoping for! The responsiveness of the AI component is also intriguing and fascinating! I absolutely love it!

The lightning fast response of the solar-charging capable remote control is impressive. It seamlessly adapts to other functions - such as my Xbox controller. I've used Samsung TVs (and phones) for many years and this is another successful step forward on their excellent design! A pleasure to own.

We’ve had two Samsung TVs for five months, and they’ve been excellent. The on-screen menu is easy to navigate, making it simple to switch between streaming services, cable, music, and internet apps. The smart features work seamlessly with our phones and computers, and it’s convenient to have smart home options available. The picture quality is outstanding, with bright, vivid colors and a sharp, clear image. The sound is surprisingly good, and Bluetooth connectivity makes it easy to pair speakers or headphones. Overall, we’ve had a great experience and haven’t had a single issue. They are always consistent.

I was very eager to see the TV at home compared to the one on display at the store. The floor model really captivated my attention with how crisp and bright the visuals appeared. I was not disappointed once setup st home was complete. No other tv has impressed me and my family as much as this one. You should go out and see for yourself.

The overall display including brightness and contrast are excellent. The uniformity of the colors on the screen are excellent as well. The responsiveness of the remote control is immediate. The availability to upscale is impressive. Overall an outstanding purchase. Very satisfied!
