[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It the best, new feature I love them. It's the newest to the whole series of Samsung we own our first was a Samsung and our next will be a Samsung. We will never go back to another brand if we can. Help it. There only 2 thing in our house that is not Samsung and thats a stove and the micro wave and I feel that as my current electronic fail they will be replace with Samsung. I think I could be a spokesperson for Samsung for as many of them I own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been waiting for a hot minute to buy this TV, and when I did, it went beyond expectations! The colors, resolution, and texture are incredible, whether watching a movie, or playing games. Brightness is absolutely perfect. The contrast is never what I had witnessed before. And the user interface is just breathtaking.

I upgraded to the Q7FD from a 17 year old Samsung 52” which was still in perfect condition. The tv itself is great but the remote is horrible. It’s so small you can barely read the few words on it, no backlight, on button controls several functions and it’s solar. I don’t want to learn it so I’m purchasing a universal remote

The contrast of the picture is beyond any other with the perfect contrast to whatever your movie/tv preferences are. The color is bright and spot on almost like your in the theater and the interface is easy and hassle free with very easy navigation through options and settings.

It also black Jack for my 8 track player and my disk player. All of my other TV do support these devices. When I purchased this TV I assumed the TV it replaced, also a Samsung would support these devices. Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything about this Samsung TV is great. My husband and kids enjoy how vibrant and resolution is when watching movies or playing games. The contrast is also nice and being able to control the brightness and being able to refresh is easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy this TV. It's smooth and easy set-up. The only complaint that I have is a volume issue. The volume cuts out and no sound at all. Only occasionally while connected to the soundbar though HDMI for no reason.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is clear, bright, and flawless. Audio is crisp and easily understood. The user interface is horrible! It's counter-intuitive, far too complicated, and opaque. Compared to previous interfaces, it's a total failure. It seems like someone at Samsung told the programmers to make the device as hard to use as possible, and they exceeded their assignment. For example, on previous models the Home screen featured a horizontal row of icons representing all channels, apps, and functions. The new one shows a horizontal list of streaming channels at the bottom under three buttons labeled "For You," "Live", and "Apps." So YouTube is right there, but Tubi, Peacock, and Sling are on another page. This is just another example of how often designers confuse overly complicated with easy to use and enjoyable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the tv is fine but the remote is a piece of junk. it is small in the hands. the buttens dont work all the time. alexa is aseep most of the time i cant wake her up . so much for built in alexa. THE remote is hard to see in a dark room. Nice tv BAD BAD remote I had to buy another remote to be able to use the right way

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] By far my best purchase it has great resolution a bright screen that lights up the room the contrast whenever I'm watching my movies can't be beat from my old TV and that color that just pops like a firework. It also was a very simple assembly an easy to understand interface.
