Make these features device isolated with no data to HQ or 3rd parties. I set the TV to turn off after a period of time. When restarting the TV, a popup telling me my TV turned off like I told it to, blocks use until acknowledgement. Why Samsung? Why do you feel I need to acknowledge this message? Please remove it.

This television has 1 issue every so often it will not turn on you have unplug it and wait 10 min. Then plug it back in then it comes on I've called support about the issue they don't care or have any answers even though it's still under warranty

I wish when on the menu...you could select the channel you want...instead you have to enter the number channel you want. Thats the only thing....but not a deal breaker. I love the picture so much.

The screen has a great, bright picture that can be used in different modes. Altogether im very happy with the product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is amazing. That being said, after several weeks of use, I am having audio problems. Audio levels fluctuate and are accompanied by a snapping or popping sound coming through the speakers. It happens both with the TV speakers and the surround sound speakers. I've tried all the potential fixes that I've found online with no success. Should I address the problem with Samsung or Amazon?
