[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of the picture is fine. The low rating is due to the speed. We have Spectrum internet service hard wired/directly connected to the TV which the download speed is 400-550Mbps/Upload 21Mbps. We have NEVER experienced this on any of our previous TVs - at any given time, mainly during ANY movie - NOT just fast paced action movies, the picture goes out of synch with the lips while talking-especially when they have a group of people talking back and forth. Also, if there is a fast movement it can blur and pause on occasion. The blur is fast but noticeable. SO disappointing. If I would have been aware of this issue I never would have bought the TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is so clear and vibrant, the colors very natural looking. The only thing I think could be a bit better is the the sound. I have to turn the volume up a lot higher for some movies and shows.

It loads very fast with ultra fast processing. Streaming services are great. Blacks are very black. Contrast is awesome.

I'm a big guy, my thumb is always hitting 2 buttons at the same time! Aggravating! This is a bedroom TV, so I like to flip channels without lights or glasses. Can you help with a larger remote! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the 75" Samsung Q7F QLED for the living room and I'm impressed. The colors pop even during the day. At 75 inches it fills the wall but the thin bezel keeps it clean. Built-in sound is weak for this size so I added a soundbar. Still, for movies and sports in a bright room, it's worth it.
