It is tiny, hard to understand and I will never buy another Samsung TV if that remote (or any other similar device) is included. I will make it a point to inspect all future remotes. Fortunately, our old remote with numerous buttons works well.

I wish when on the menu...you could select the channel you want...instead you have to enter the number channel you want. Thats the only thing....but not a deal breaker. I love the picture so much.

The graphics and the processing speed is amazing. The TV is also super easy to run. My 75-year-old mom camera on the TV with no problem. I absolutely love.The t v would recommend it a thousand times over!

It's much better than the TV we had, mostly because the picture is so much brighter and the colors are more saturated. We have another Samsung and it's a great one, too. I think that from now on, Samsung will be our first choice.

I was told 6 months ago that someone was going to call me. No call. I also don't like the remote. I watch antenna channels and can't seem to figure out how to use it. There's no buttons on it!

Maybe it has to do with my age and the familiarity of the old one. One wish is that the TV would automatically regulate the sound. The sound issue has only gotten worse. Not caused by Samsung I'm sure but program providers.

Audio levels fluctuate and are accompanied by a snapping or popping sound coming through the speakers. It happens both with the TV speakers and the surround sound speakers. I've tried all the potential fixes that I've found online with no success. Should I address the problem with Samsung or Amazon?
