I can not fast forward or reverse on some of the programs I stream. It only works on some. My last phone call to Samsung the girl suggested I try the fire stick. I now use my old fire stick and not the remote that came with the TV.

It's fast with internet, look very good in the room and have a lot of functional settings. Besides all this my new younger kids throwed something to the TV and the screen didn't break like it happened with my other last TV. I'm very satisfied and it seems to have a lot of life.

The design is slim and modern, and it immediately gave my living room a more high-end feel. The picture quality is incredible. The colors are bright and true-to-life, and the contrast makes dark scenes look amazing without losing detail. I was especially impressed with how well the screen handles bright rooms — glare has been almost nonexistent, which has been a problem with some of my older TVs. The built-in speakers are better than I expected. Dialogue comes through clearly, and the sound fills the room well for everyday watching. I still plan to add a soundbar for movie nights, but it’s not something you have to do right away. The Smart TV features are fast, and switching between apps is smooth with no noticeable lag. Programming was easy and only took about 5 minutes to synch to home wifi and my Samsung and alexa accounts. Perfect for gaming or sports viewing too, as the high-speed frame rate keeps up with the action. Color boosting software enhances tv picture and the sound coming from the tv unit is pretty impressive, as well.
