[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have to deal with 2 TV controls. Every time I change the channel, it keeps jumping back to Channel 2. The volume does not sound right. If I adjust it, it will loose its volume or jump right up to the highest volume.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our Samsung QLED 65” TV for about a year now and couldn’t be happier with it. The resolution and color are fantastic. Also, the size is perfect for where we have it placed in the living room. It is complemented with our Samsung Sound Bar as well so the accompany sound quality matches the TV’s quality. We still use the Samsung 45” TV in another room when we got our 65” so that one is still going strong too, four years in. Really appreciate the value of it as well. We have it on all day long, even when while we work, using it for background ambiance. Love all our Samsung products and enjoy them each day! Thank you!

I love how clear the tv is. The picture is very clear and vivid. The color is wonderful. I would buy the tv again. I wish when on the menu...you could select the channel you want...instead you have to enter the number channel you want. Thats the only thing....but not a deal breaker. I love the picture so much.

I'm a big guy, my thumb is always hitting 2 buttons at the same time! Aggravating! This is a bedroom TV, so I like to flip channels without lights or glasses. Can you help with a larger remote! The picture is perfect, and the volume is great, especially for those who are hard of hearing—even at 20 volume, it's very loud, which I love. Everything about this TV screams high-tech.

The brightness and contrast were perfect not to mention the 4k resolution which actually looked like 4k unlike some other models. 10/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The panel is good for the price range. Colours are good black levels are good as well. The OS is laggy, when i press home or settings. It takes 3-5 second wait before the menu actually appears. That needs to be improved big time. I had a Toshiba QLED TV which is cheaper but was blazing fast.
