Samsung makes a great TV. I brought several of them and I'm very pleased with the user interface, the picture quality, and the sound. I would definitely buy another one.

It's not as clear as I thought it would be. My older Samsung tv is more clearer. I was bummed out because I thought I would've seen a difference in better quality than my older tv since I've had my other tv for over 6 years.

Just too confusing for older people to navigate the system. Cannot utilize any of the features that are available due to the lack of a technical ability.

Tv looses connection with the internet constantly. When it connects and plays good picture but only lasts so long. Some times you can watch a whole movie

It's a great TV. Easy setup and great picture. The only negative I have is the remote control. It is not fully functional. I ordered a full-function remote, and I am very happy with the TV and its operation.
