The sound is amazing, the picture is awesome and pretty well exactly what I was wanting. Contact is great, brightness is perfect and even though I still haven't totally learned how to operate it, the features and choices are endless. Since I don't have cable, I rely mainly on Antenna and Internet which gives me a wide range of entertainment. Alexa is a huge help and I have connected my echo dot, phone and laptop and I truly enjoy exploring it to find out what I can choose next. Even my Audiologist recommended Samsung for their Audio and with my hearing impairment, I depend on my Samsung QLED because it's so far ahead and so much better than my previous TV. I love Samsung!

I'm getting ready for retirement next year, and I decided it was finally time to upgrade my TV—especially since I hadn't purchased a new one in more than 15 years! My new Samsung 55" QLED Q7F has been an amazing upgrade. The colors really pop, and the overall picture quality and brightness are fantastic. Everything looks so clear and vibrant. I also really appreciated the step-by-step setup instructions. They made getting everything up and running much easier than I expected. One feature I especially liked was having the option to have the TV set up directly on my new entertainment center. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase. The picture, color, and brightness are all excellent, and I'm looking forward to enjoying this TV during my next chapter—and especially when retirement arrives!

Picture is very clear and bright, and the contrast feels like you are in the screen right there with the actors during certain frames. Contact visibility is uniform from corner to corner, and while watching many "you tube" videos the upscaling is apparent when the person is speaking and continuously moving. The handheld remote is very responsive and perfectly fits the hand. Very pleased with my Samsung TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great TV and perfect size for my space. I'm loyal to Samsung TVs and have been using them for years. I can't imagine using another TV Brand. I'm never a fan of the TV speakers nowadays but a Samsung soundbar fixes that very easily. The picture on the TV is just right for my family's preference. The auto-dimming of the brightness and the contrast is a fantastic feature when you're watching TV during the day vs. at night. The look of the TV in the room gives it a very upscale look... doesn't stick out and kind of blends with the room. The TV is super responsive to the cable box and Samsung soundbar. I'm very happy with this TV and recommend it.

The picture is very clear, sound is very good. The remote is small but packs a concise punch, especially once we learned how to operate it. I bought it without really exploring its SmartTV capabilities, but our satellite dish had a malfunction and we lost access to our preferred channels. It only took two days for us to figure out how to access so many of our favorite channels and shows just using the TV's internet related features. Great product!!

The 4k is sharp i like the built-in apps. There's so much you can do with the TV. The artwork is a plus when you're not using it. I highly recommend this t, v, especially if you upgrading an old Samsung TV. Definitely beats my expectations..

Furthermore the device is easy to manage with its fast interface I don't miss programs in the event of wifi disconnection. TV now feels like the dock of my entertainment, instead of its reflection.

I love my Samsung TV sharpness and color. It looks like the people jump out at you and it's so crisp and clear and when a theme comes on with music is playing you can hear all the instruments in the background beautiful TV. Study the rest of the TVs and the Samsung is the best TV on the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a 2-year-old 65-inch Samsung UHD TV, and I honestly didn't realize how much of a difference a newer model would make until I started using this one. The interface is noticeably faster and more responsive than my previous TV, which makes navigating apps and settings much smoother. The QLED display is the biggest improvement for me. Colors are vibrant without looking overly saturated, the picture is crisp, and everything just looks more realistic. The contrast and brightness are especially impressive, and I immediately noticed more detail in both darker scenes and brightly lit content. The upscaling has also been surprisingly good. Even older shows and lower-resolution content look cleaner and sharper than they did on my previous TV. I wasn't convinced I actually needed an upgrade, but after seeing the difference in picture quality, brightness, contrast, and overall performance, I'm very happy with the purchase.
