Great tv for a 1st tv

I've never really had a TV since I was a kid leaving my parents house and now that about my house and only use my phone and laptop pretty much for the last 20 years it takes me getting used to but after a couple months I got to say I've never experienced TV like this and the fact the way it integrates with my cell phone and it tries to make everything easier it was great the problems I'm having or not the equipment it is simply the user.. I'm older and I have more insurance but I'm not hip to all these new fandangled like really cool gadgets and stuff but I'm trying to learn

Remote Could Be Improved

The sound and picture are great. I will say the home page is cluttered and junky due to everything Samsung is promoting. The remote has bare boned features, unlike our previous television. Basic features are buried in the settings and hard to find. The volume control is difficult to use as it wants to mute the sound.

55 inch TV

The Tv often says I'm offline and I can't sign back in, I've had to unplug the TV twice to get back online even though my internet service is fine able to use my computer! Also sometimes it streams show and remaining times across the bottom of the screen don't know why it does that? Also disappointed there is no optical port to add a soundbar?? Tried to add one to my 32 inch TV in bedroom and couldn't even with extra adaptor cord I had to purchase.

Samsung 65" Q7F TV

Received this TV today and like some of the other reviews the whole screen was cracked. Contacted Sam's for the return. Said can return to the store or by mail (FedEx). I would have to take to a FedEx location. That is one of the reasons why I had it delivered, to not have to deal with picking up, etc. I did a chat and they finally agreed to have FedEx pick it up at the house instead of me carting it around all over the place. I am sure it is a nice TV, but the completely cracked screen will not give a very good picture!! Will not be buying another TV from Sam's as this also happened a number of years back!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a Samsung smart tv and stop working in less than 3months,we contacted Samsung support to see if they would be able to help us ,but they just kept on saying it didn’t have warranty on it We’ve always bought Samsung TV’s because they used to be good, but apparently not anymore

User forced i identification

I I don’t like the fact that there’s an attempt to control using a TV by logging in, which is something I do not want to do Next: Access for accessories Power source is very limited. Next I use a cable service not Samsung play. I have owned Samsung TV for many many years in multiple homes and I do not appreciate the fact that. television attempts to control who used it by logins and results back to Samsung one turned off and turned back on therefore, I have decided to give this TV away and go back to my previous model

Confidence in Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on my new Samsung TV is excellent…bright, crisp, beautiful colors. Easy to use. As an older person, I appreciate having to manage only one remote. Samsung products can be relied on with confidence!

Awesomeness!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is great! It responds immediately to the remote. The picture settings, brightness and contrast since I'm nearly blind in one eye, make it customizable which is a bonus!! Honestly the best TV I've ever bought.

viewpoint

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV's display is designed in a way that when you view it from an angle, even a small amount of light coming in through the window makes the screen very difficult to see. This is extremely frustrating, and I am very dissatisfied with this issue. Another problem is that the TV's operating system feels a bit slow. When you try to select something or navigate through the menus, it doesn't respond immediately and feels sluggish.

Great TV for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome TV for the price the brightness and contrast on the TV are vibrant the QLED is definitely a plus for multiple colors and uniformity across the screen. For video gaming the upscaling of the images and the screen responsiveness to the gameplay is awesome as well.
