[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is a great tv, but I still like my old Samsung that died. It wasn't a smart tv and it never really never gave any trouble. The only thing I don't like about my new one is you can't turn it on without the remote. Great picture for only using over the air antenna. Streaming is great because i don't need to use my Roku any longer.

TV constantly loses connectivity. Please wait trying to re-connect. At times the picture freezes and I cannot turn off TV via remote. I have to unplug it from power source to get it to turn off. When plugged back in it re-boots to some goofy picture. However, at that point the remote will work to get me back to any channel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been really impressed with this TV. The picture quality is sharp, vibrant, and the colors really stand out thanks to the QLED display. Watching movies, sports, and streaming shows in 4K looks fantastic. The setup was quick and easy, and the smart TV interface is simple to navigate with all the major streaming apps available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm enjoying the Samsung 55" TV greatly. The picture quality is pleasing to the eyes and also the sound quality is nice too. I have been enjoying the free channels that come with the TV, especially the game show channel that have the shows that I grew up watching.

Love my Samsung TV brightness. It is easy to adjust the contrast and other settings. My TV is so quick with responding to my remote changes. I feel the uniformity and upscaling of the TV makes it a pleasure to watch and know how to navigate its' systems.

We love our Samsung here in our summer home. We also have at least one in our other home. The newer one here at our summer home has two issues. First in setting it up, it is difficult to connect our screen/vhs player. We have to use a YouTube trick… unplug and then plug in again to get the unit to work. Second, the color adjustment is not easy to balance. Nighttime colors are harsh.

For the price, this is a great TV. The picture quality is excellent, it's worked well in our bright room, and the UI seems to be responsive and with very little to no latency. The only issue I've had is that if you're using the apps via the UI, there are a few that tend to load very slowly, or sometimes not at all. YouTube TV and the MLB app are two that I have ongoing issues with. Otherwise, I'm enjoying this TV.

Antenna channels picture quality super without problem. Lg tv 48 with antenna was horrible! My family had 4 Samsung tv was great . 15 years without problem .Samsung tv is best !!!

The sound and picture are great. I will say the home page is cluttered and junky due to everything Samsung is promoting. The remote has bare boned features, unlike our previous television. Basic features are buried in the settings and hard to find. The volume control is difficult to use as it wants to mute the sound.
