Long story, but I ended up buying this dryer that I actually didn't need—was given incorrect info about the state of my previous dryer and the drying issues I was having. Anyway, I was not happy that I replaced a 3yr old working dryer that didn't need to be replaced. It made it hard to enjoy the new one without feeling bitter about spending the $$. But…I really do like this dryer. Super easy to use, intuitive, and dries fast! Love the end-of-cycle melody too lol. Great dryer…in spite of my other dryer issue.

I purchased a new LG washer and dryer and are not pleased with either. There are not enough settings to choose from. I have to dry every load for 2 cycles to get them dry. Also, the time changes and decreases by itself even when the clothes aren't dry yet. I am very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At this point I am happy with the dryer. The only draw back I see is that it does not have a light when you open the door, it would be very helpful when pulling items out so you can see what you are looking for. I tend to pull items out early.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The original dryer wouldn't work. The replacement dryer wouldn't work. A technician discovered that the plastic button that tells the dryer that the door is closed was not big enough to actually register it closed so it wouldn't run. This is a design/manufacturing defect and took over a week to resolve. Obviously this is a known defect and should be corrected before selling more machines.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello, when I first got this new dryer it looked big. I read the manual(several times) and then within the first week I needed to dry a comforter. There was no problem fitting it inside and I especially like the idea that you can adjust the dryer time. Keep up the good work LG!
