[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dryer as a matching unit to my WT7155CW washer. The glass door is great but a light inside the drum would be beneficial. The controls are simple. The drying sensor is accurate except when drying large sheets that have balled tightly. Changing the door hinge to the opposite direction was simple, straight forward, and revealed the quality hardware used in this product. This dryer is much quieter than the one it replaced. Model selection was based on the washer we purchased but the brand selection was based on projected reliability reports.

This my first time owning LG appliances, but I don't have any complaints so far. I do like the little jingle that plays when you turn on the appliances. My dryer does a great job getting all of my laundry dry, and I like that there are different settings for time and temperature. It's definitely a good purchase.

Decent features and simple design. Large capacity. Runs very quiet. Gave it 4 stars since it's lacking an interior light, which our old dryer had when you opened the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In all my 70+ years of washing and drying clothes, this is my first unit in many many years that did NOT have an interior light when opening the door. LED lights are cheap and last a long time. Did engineers miss something on this model?

I am happy with the purchase of this dryer. However, I do use the timed dry quite a bit as the clothes do not get dry at the low temperature on the pre-programmed cycles. My biggest beef with this dryer is that it doesn't have a light. Even the cheapest of dryers have a light. Come on LG!

I had my last dryer for over 20 years and if I hadn't been moving across country I would have just repaired it again. Instead I replaced both washer and dryer and chose LG after doing research online. I haven't had it long so I've only used it a few times but it worked great! I had to was a waterproof blanket that smelled really bad after being in storage. In my old dryer I would set it to use the sensor, then I'd have to add 20 minutes, then I'd usually drape it over a chair over night to finish drying. The new dryer has a special setting for waterproof items, and it works! The blanket came out barely damp. I threw it over a chair just to be sure it was really dry, but in less than an hour I was convinced I could safely fold it up. I do think it is noisier than my old dryer, but since I have 3 dryer balls in there it's going to be noisy anyway. The lint screen cleans really easily and the machine reminds you if it hasn't been done. So far I think I made a good choice.

I purchased this product 2 & 1/2 months ago. First delivery scheduled they couldn't install because it was defective. They rescheduled delivery for 2 weeks later. Got a call two days before delivery saying it was delayed again. The dryer delivery was delayed 5 times. Was told when I purchased all three items they were in stock. Very disappointing experience with LG

I miss my old washer. The tub does not fill enough to cover the clothes no matter what setting I use. I saw a YouTube video that said to load the washer and then use a pail to cover the clothes in water to give them enough weight to cause the washer to fill. This is time consuming and irritating. It takes me a lot longer to wash clothes and then I am never sure they are getting clean.
