Hi Mike, Thank you for taking time to leave a review. Please keep in mind that if you're looking for lower cooking temperatures, you can turn off center burners and do indirect cooking, using only burners 1 and 4. This will allow you to cook at lower temperatures for longer periods of time. Happy Grilling!

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. The best way to solve leak issues is to perform a leak test. WHEN TO PERFORM A LEAK TEST:• After assembling your grill and before lighting for the first time, even if purchased fully assembled.• Every time LP gas cylinder is refilled, exchanged or if any of the gas components are disconnected or replaced.• Any time your grill has been moved.• At least once per year or if your grill has not been used for more than 60 days.HOW TO PERFORM A LEAK TEST:1. Turn all control knobs to “OFF”.2. Ensure that the regulator is securely connected to LP cylinder.3. Create a mixture of 50% water and 50% liquid dishwashing soap. Spray the water and soap solution onto hose, regulator and all connections from the LP tank to the main and side burner manifold.4. Open LP cylinder valve by turning hand wheel counterclockwise. If you hear a rushing sound, or smell gas, turn gas off immediately. There is a leak at the connection. CORRECT BEFORE PROCEEDING. If leak is detected at connection nut and tightening does not stop leak, reinspect propane tank rubber seal.5. If “growing” bubbles appear, there is a leak. Close LP cylinder valve immediately and re-tighten connections. If leaks cannot be stopped, do not try to repair. Call for replacement parts. 6.
