[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this Gazebo to replace a metal Pergola covering our backyard patio. This gazebo is so much sturdier than our previous setup and with the metal roof and electrical outlets, it provides all we need. The product installation was well documented and the step by step video tutorial made it super easy to assemble without second guessing what you were doing. A few steps require a second or third person, but for the most part it was a one man assembly. We love the look and are hoping to enjoy it for years to come.

After having a gazebo buckle under the weight of a heavy snowstorm, we wanted one that we knew would withstand our harsh midwestern winters as well as our strong summer storms. After a lot of research, we decided on the 12 x 10 Brindlewood! Ordering this gazebo was quick and easy, and so was the delivery. It even arrived much earlier than we thought it would. All the different parts and the five boxes they came in were well sorted, packed, and labeled. My husband and daughter were able to put it together without any problem because of the thorough and easy to follow instructions. Our gazebo looks beautiful and fits perfectly with the landscape of our backyard. We are looking forward to spending a lot of time in our new Happy Place!

The kit arrived at an incredibly busy time for me. We had just moved and I had many tasked to complete before leaving the country for two weeks. On Sunday night I decided my slate was open for Monday so I began reading and trying to understand the assembly instructions. Monday at 5:00 AM I began unboxing and stacking pieces in a logical placement. With a few breaks to recover from the heat, I had the gazebo erected and fully complete at 7:30 PM. We are thrilled with how this looks and are now excited to return to out home in 7 days to begin enjoying this idyllic space created under our Backyard Discovery 16x12 Norwood Gazebo. What a wonderful addition to our yard.

You have to really pay attention to the detailed instructions. If you follow the directions you will not have any problems. The 2 different size washers for each bolt was painful at times but you have to follow the directions. I’m 65 years old and built this over 2 weekends at my own pace. I found the use of a ratchet strap helpful in keeping the roof panels square and did not screw the cross pieces for the roof panels until I had the framework square. I also used the ratchet strap to help pull the outside rafters in which helped with the final roof bolts alignment. This gazebo is of great quality and very sturdy. I recommend this to anyone who is handy and follows directions carefully. You truly can’t deviate from the directions.

We purchased this Norwood 16’ x 12’ gazebo a year ago after discovering we needed some shelter and shade to enjoy our outdoor patio furniture and fire pit. Assembly was not hard but was a little tedious and required a good deal of time as I still work full-time. That said, the instructions were very good, and my wife and I did most of the work. A good friend helped me with the roof and my excellent neighbors helped with the "heavy lift" portion of the build. Once completed, we absolutely loved it! We were spending so much time in it, that I decided to add lights, a ceiling fan, a propane heater, and a television! The television was a little tricky as I needed to protect it from the weather and the ends of the gazebo are basically open. I installed a 4’ x 8’ sheet of ultraviolet-resistant plexiglass in a secure wooden frame and a flip down motorized TV mount. I also added a mesh network satellite to improve streaming and download times. The electrical box supplies enough power and amperage to run all the electrical devices and the drop-down ledge is perfect for charging mobile phones. The entire structure is bolted into the concrete deck and the wood tones matched our patio furniture nicely. We thoroughly enjoy evenings and weekends outdoors watching sunsets, the night sky, and three dachshunds playing in the yard. I cannot recommend this product enough and I am completely satisfied with the purchase. The dachshunds love it, too!

We needed some shade for our 1960’s brick patio and I finally decided on the Norwood 16 x 12. We are extremely happy with it and the beauty of the cedar pairs so well with the old brick! I had 2 friends (one was a retired contractor) help and we finished it just short of 3 days. Our patio slants downhill some so we had to pour some good size concrete pilings. We followed the written directions and the app and only had to back up a couple of times. We are using it as a cook shed and outdoor bar. We even came up with a few suggestions for ease of putting it together! Extremely pleased!!

We picked up the 16x12 Norwood to extend the coverage of our new stone patio. Everything arrived intake, all parts were labeled clearly, and instructions were very easy to follow. We are just normal homeowners (45 yrs old, owned our home for 20 yrs) and were able to fully assemble the gazebo ourselves. We did need a few extra hands to erect each half and it made it way easier to get the roof panels up when someone hands them up to you while you're on the ladder. We put our gazebo up on 20" concrete blocks to match the height of our existing patio cover. Can't be more pleased. We will update when we get all the accessories installed (lights, fans, etc.) Definitely would recommend this brand!!

We just got our 12x20 and are almost done with the assembly. The booklet and the app provide very clear instructions on putting it together. That is incredibly helpful. My husband and I have mostly done the work but because it’s springtime, the weather has been our obstacle. We love it so much already that we purchased the grillzebo to match. My son graduates high school in May and we are looking forward to celebrating with him on the new patio with friends and family. We will finally have an outdoor space we have looked forward to for years.

We’ve had this gazebo installed for a year. Stained every board before installation. Put it together by myself except for installing the roof panels. The instructions were very easy to follow. Sitting here, by the lake, with the soft rain sprinkles making music on the roof is just about the best thing I can imagine. I’d recommend this gazebo to anyone anywhere.

Quality of components is top-notch and packaging was well thought out to avoid damage to any of the pieces. Every piece was there and accounted for in the boxes and assembly went exactly as described in the instructions. This is a super solid and heavy gazebo, so 2 adults is definitely needed to erect this building. Plan on 2 pretty full days of assembly with 2 people. The cedar looks and smells amazing.
